Same as it ever was. Cancelled debit card and bank to credit me the $9.50. What in the flying [***] does it take to imprison the fraudulent [***]? Only when someone of means gets snared I'm sure.

I got a 9.55 charge from ISSO, Miami, FL like everyone else here. Very annoying and worse of all Bank of America's customer service in resolving this has been awful. Its strange, i neve use my debit card except at the ATM. Although i did use it in Canada and Chile last year.

same issue as everyone else...doubt they got any numbers from trips to florida...i've never been. recieved a call but did not answer, no message... then about a week later charge for 9.45. bank is dealing it as fraud and replacing my cards....

Same happened to me.  A charge of 9.45 on my debit card.  Never done business with ISSO.  I will contact my bank in the morning and have this change reversed.  Sucker punched !!

I received a charge for $9.45 from isso @866-678-5605.  When I called the number , it is non existant.  I reported this to the credit card company and requested a new card.  Several months ago, I had started receiving a $10 charge each month for a membership which I had not joined.  They have since credited me back.

Customer called the bank and complained of the charge on their card.

Bank's view:  It is easier to write off the 10 bucks than it is to process all the paperwork associated with a chargeback which is going to cost the bank $5 to begin with.

We are going to investigate with our processor who the acquirer bank is for these 'fine' folks and have a chat with them.  There are lots of bogus companies setting up shop these days as the computer equipment is so cheap to purchase and so easy to operate.  Have found that a lot of these shops are using a generic open source pbx to do their call processing.

I just got a credit card statement with this fraudulent charge as well.  I had cut this card up 6 weeks ago.

In my case the charge of $9.55 apear after I got a air ticket by internet I when to my bank and they din't know this isso company and then I have to cancel my credit card.miami fl.

Ditto - bogus charge on 6/22 of $9.45.  My bank said they see it as a "hobby store."  Cancelled my card.

I got the same charge on my Wamu credit card,Washington credit card said it will take 90 days to take it off, that is bull----. Im going to cancel them so these people can not charge me any more.

Didn't get a call, just a $9.55 charge on my credit card.  The name listed was ISSO in Florida with the number 866-678-5605 which I was unable to call to find out what exactly it was.  I disputed the charge on my card yesterday.

No call, just a $9.50 charge from ISSO this number in FL on a card which hasn't been used in 4 months.  Called CC company, got woman who hardly spoke English and asked her about charge.  I couldn't understand her answer, so I asked that the transaction be placed in dispute and investigation begun.  Then I Googled the number shown on my statement and found this site.  Immediately cancelled the card after reading these posts.  Why does it take this long to get this stopped?

I received no call, but a $9.45 charge on our Mastercard. I tried calling the 866 number but got a recording. The woman's voice on the recording sounded Indian to me also. This charge was directly after I purchased leathers from a company in GA which is owned by someone of Indian decent. Could be just a coincidence, but makes you wonder.
My credit card company said they would give us a credit. But why is no-one going after these theives? They certainly have the racket down. The charges are probably too small for the individual companies to want to deal with. So sad.

A $9.55 charge was placed on my WAMU Mastercard in June 08, from ISSO Hobby & Toy store In Flordia.  Credit card has been cancelled.  
I see there are a few more WAMU customers, what was your outcome?  
Has anyone found out where and how did they got the card numbers?
Will follow up with reporting this to everyone one I can.............

Never got the call but did have a $9:55 charge on my credit/debit card. cancelled the card and am dusbuting the charges, also contacted the BBB and filed a complaint.

Although I did not receive a call, I did have an unauthorized charge of  9.45 to my cc. Same as everyone else, when I call the number, just get a recording. I canceled the card. Charge shows as ISSO from Florida w/866 678 5605 number showing on my card.
