These guys are at it again. They keep calling.

These are scammers - called back, they played games. Forwarding to the police department

They called and wanted to know a relative's phone number without saying what they were calling about.

Said they are Bank of America ( I do Not have an account with them) wanted my DOB and social security number, hung up and they didn’t call me right back- feel like that’s a sign of a scam.

The calls are daily or every other day, however, was not a scam in my case. I missed the call because I was reading the comments on here, no voicemail left, but because I do have a store credit card through one of the national banks, I called back (2/25/20 @Noon) to see if it was anything related to that. The guy that answered seemed normal, identified himself by first and last name with First Source, and asked for a lady whom I don't know.  He did not say he was a debt collector. Over the last 12 years, I have fielded numerous calls from companies and government agencies asking for this specific woman so I get that she either had or used my phone number at some point. I assume they're just combing through any contact info trying to get a hold of her. He did not ask me for any identifying information and instead told me they were looking for the woman. I told him I receive calls for this woman from time to time and that I don't know her and he said he would remove the number from their system. I'll see if that happens and how long it takes to go into effect (the removal of my number) and update the post if I can.

I didn't recognize the number when they called. As my wife was sleeping, I hung up on them. After reading these comments, I blocked the number.

Have called several times. I don't know them so I don't answer.  No message left.

Called before 9 am.   I did  not answer

These yahoo's are calling me all day... everyday. I blocked their calls and it' has been so much quieter around here.  Best thing I ever did!

Called stating they could help with student loan debt hung up on 2xtimes

Scammers using student loan forgiveness as BAIT.
