Got a detailed vm saying hes investigating about a recent package that was sent to me. He had the company name and the tracking number. I did have a problem with UPS losing that specific package and the company had to ship me a new package, which had already arrived about a week ago. I called back and he told me that the issue is resolved and he has to let the company know. Didn't ask for any personal information. He already had my name and phone number.
