we just got the same thing.  tried calling and got a message.  We live in Oregon, we are you located?

same problem.  I am in ohio.  the charge showed up on the same date as several purchases that i made at an outlet mall.  next day a charge of $0.71 "currency conversion" appeared and bank confirmed that it was the same name, EROTSMERPUSIACA

same thing here in jersey. i had a debit card transaction made in the same amount of $88.62 and the same name appeared on the statement as well EROTSMERPUSIACA.  maybe the banks have an inside scammer. what bank did you all use?

same in MN - I just had a charge on my credit card for the $88.62 with the same name as above.
I do not know who this is.  I reported it to my credit card company.

I had the same thing happen to me just last night. Somebody with the same name and phone number hit my PayPal account for $88.12. Anybody have any idea how I can get it back? Thanks for any help.

Correction.  The hit on my PayPal account was $88.62, not $88.12.

They took the money right out of my PayPal Account with a debit card number I didn't know they had.

Same thng in texas.  went through my account on the 11th for $88.62.  Did anyone buy anything from Vera Bradely.  That is the only online purchase made recently from our end.  Could be issue with their system being compromised.  If so, I would like to let them know others have bought from Vera Bradley and are experiencing the same issue.  Thanks.

Same thing just happened to me.  I had a charge of $94.00, from the same place.  The only charge I have made recently was on Amazon.

I purchased a free trial of Acai Berry Supreme and now have a charge of 88.62 on my debit card from ACAISUPREMESTORE with this phone #. Contact your finacial institution to report any false charges. My credit union will reimburse me but I will have to cancel my debit card...a real pain during the holidays!!

I also have just realized that i had a charge of 88.62 on my credit card from wash mutual how do I get my money back. I have no idea what this is for i have the same number to call also its sun so i have to wait till tommorrow

I had the same experience. Thought I was getting a "free" trial of Acai Berry Supreme.  I was able to get through on the 800 number listed but there was so much noise in the background that I could not understand the telemarketer---almost as if the background noise was a deterrent.  This is definitely some kind of scam and should be reported to your bank.
