I am experiencing the same situation.  I have been able to have them credit one payment but now within the week I have had an $88 charge and a $94 charge to my account and I was told by someone I spoke with yesterday that the $88 will be credited back and then I noticed the $94 so I am currently trying to contact them.

The exact thing happened to me.  Called my credit card company to dispute the $88.62 charge, but unable to get the $5.95 back, since the "free" trial bottle arrived.  Afraid to even use the product if it is a scam. Is it safe to use?

I have just started investigating a charge on my Visa account and it is for an $88.62 charge by something called erotsmerpusiaca. when i called the number it said, "If we are not answering, try our Web site, www.mychildsupport.com."  Of course that Web site is non-functional.
It is some kind of a scam!  I see from other notes on this site, that it has some relationship to free samples of a herbal supplement called acai something.  I did order such a free sample a while ago. It was advertised on a "good music station ...classical music" in Boston. I paid the $5.95 shipping charge to try the supplement.  I did not agree to buy anything more.!! This is a dreadful shame, is it not?  That we have people in this country apparently preying on others who they hope will not read their credit card statement.  May we all get to the bottom of this!  One would think some law enforcement agency will be happy to help!

hi did u ever get that refund on your card, because i talk to live chat and they said it would take 24-48 hours but nothing has been removed from my card, they just sent me a email of the live chat, and if the charge goes through, i will use that email to dispute the charge with the card company, they said i could as long as i have proof of cancellation

Exact same thing happened to me. I contacted my credit card company, Capital One. After hearing my problem, and talking with the fraud manager, they will credit my account the of amount monies stolen from me. They will conduct an investigation of both companies responsible for the theft.

Best bet...contact your credit card company.

If you paid for it with a credit card call the credit card company and do a charge back.

i too ordered the trial of Acai Berry - on 12/4/08 my checking account was charged $88.62.  I called 866-730-8746 and waited a very very long time and finally spoke to someone and insisted they refund me in the amount of $94.57 (which includes shipping).  They said they would do that.  I just received my new bank statement.  Not only did they NOT refund me but charged me again in the amount of $94.57.  I will call again today but I'm sure I will receive no refunds.  I am going to the bank today to close my account and open a new one.

I have had the exact same thing happen to me!! I had to call my credit card to set up a new account. The charges came after I canceled the inital order. The cardit card company told me there had been numerous complaints about this so called company. The number had been disconnected and the second number is actually a car dealership.

These people are scam artists.  Use lots of different names.
When you call them they will tell you it is not them. Do not believe them.
This never started until I ordered this product.
I got the samples. Then I started getting jerked. I have 4 unauthorized Charges all with different names.

    $6.13
    $94.57
    $88.62

I'm going to cancel my checking account now. I will never order anything on line again.  Such a shame.

I have been fighting with these Acai people since January 17th. I've called 5 times to demand my $88.62 refund and every time it is a different story.
The number to reach them is actually 877-300-3766 but although I've spokent o Lance, Jenny, Hailey and Eve- I still haven't seen my refund.

Like the rest of you I also have been scamed! My free trial offers of Acaiburn and Colon xR product ended up costing me to date various charges totaling $390.60. This company thru it misleading advertising and deceptiveness has drained my bank account. And we are not alone.

The Better Business Bureau reports SFL Nutrition LLC of Boca Raton Florida has 2777 complaints over the last 36 months. The Better Business Bureau rates this company an F, saying “We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

www.RipOff.com has 466 complaints against various Acai Berry industry companies from across the country. This is a nationwide epidemic.

Because of all the complaints, the Florida Attorney General has instituted a criminal fraud investigation of SFL Nutrition. Go to www.myfloridalegal.com

You can also see more complaints at www.RipOff.com and www.complaintsboard.com and www.trustlink.org . Calls for a class action suit seems to me not at all out of bounds. Anyone know a good attorney?

Calling them to cancel does not stop the second $80 something order to be sent.
I then called them AGAIN, got a return authorization for the $80 something one. Told them to cancel and then a month later I STILL got the $94 charge.
And if you guys noticed, the number is no longer the same as the first one.
After TONS of failed attempts, I got a hold of someone, who could not even find me on the client list.

The only way you can deal with them is calling your credit card and letting the fraud department deal with it. That is what I am doing now because calling them and repeatedly canceling does not help.

Word of advice, Call your credit card companies and file a report. This does not end! No matter how many times you get a hold of them and ask them to cancel.

And to those of you whose last charge was $80 something, there is a $94 charge coming up. So call the fraud department of your cards and cancel it!

I've been dealing with these thieves since Dec 18, 2008. I've called 18 times and have kept a record of each person I spoke to and what they've told me. Almost every single time I am being told it is in the next level of refund. Again...since Dec 2008! I think I should just consider it a lesson learned but it makes me soooomade! Here ist her supposed
