already blocked them once... acai berry is the problem for me... now they're trying to do it again... by bank fixed it the first time, going to see what they're going to do this time... calling them today

I called my bank and they said it was an overseas scam.  I have to complete an avidavit at the bank to have the charges reversed.  Also a new debit card will be issued.  A real pain at this time.

I just had an alert from my bank credit card company last night, 12/14/08, and $94.57 was charged on my credit card. It was the same as the ones above...erotsmerpusiaca and the CSR I talked with said it was listed as Great Britain where my credit card was used. I also ordered the Acai Berry Supreme early last week. I have ordered it before with no problems. Someone should tell Rachael Ray or Oprah since they are promoting this particular company as the best 5 star company and quality berry. My credit card is now canceled...a real pain in the a.....this time of year.

Hi. Same here. Just a charge on my credit card that the bank picked up on because they said the transaction was done in Great Britain. So they blocked it. But now have a cancelled card with a new one coming. I have ordered the Acai Berry Supreme before with no problems. Holiday times I guess. The berry works though. Just have to find someplace near home...Maine...to purchase it I guess.

I got charge $88.62 for a "free sample" I ordered online.  I gave my credit card to pay for shipping and in the small print it said if you did nothing in 15 days it would charge you $88.62.  If you do nothing by 12/30/08, you will continue to be charged $88.62.  I just found a new charge of $94.57 on my account and when I try to call the 866-730-8746 I only get a busy signal.  So you may want to check into any "free samples" you may have ordered within the last 30 days.

I got the same free trial and the same $88.62 charge.  I found the website again and found the small print that when you purchase the trial and don't cancel in 15 days you will be charged for your next supply.  I called the phone number 866-938-4832 on the bottle, got a busy signal a few times, and after waiting about 20 minutes on hold got through.  You have to ask for a RMA# to return it.  Then you will get a credit. But I also got a new charge of $94.57 from another company Erotsmerpusiaca.  No idea who this is but trying to reach them is difficult as well.

A charge of $89 showed up on my Bearkat One card account.  I have no idea what this is!!!!!!!

I have not been able to verify the phone number yet.  My bank sent me a fraud alert to let me know I had a non-US charge processed by EROTSMERPUSIACA.  This name is mentioned above by Lisa and again by AL.  When I googled the name I found this website.  This is a scam!

I also order the ACAI BERRY a few weeks ago.

I had the same thing happen to me over the week-end.  checked my account and had a charge of $94.87 from EROTSMERPUSIACA and never heard of them.  Called my bank yesterday and canceled my debit card first thing and am going in to sign fraud alert papers today.  Do the follow through, It's the only way to stop these people.

Same thing just happened to me with the 88 charge.  i just reported to my credit card company.

We got an $88.62 charge on our Chase Visa coincidental with ordering a sample of Acai Berry which came up correct on charge bill (the shipping part of the free sample).

It looks as it's the case that that Acai Berry, then someone is stealing card numbers. Our bogus $88.62 charge was made against EROTSMERPUSIACA.

Make that "If Acai Berry is legitimate someone is stealing"

Same thing on my card - my bank caught it and canceled the card the next day.  They are going to send me paperwork to identify which charges are fraudulent.  I also purchased the acai berry online.

Well, add me to the list with everyone else.  Same Acai Berry purchase and same $88.62 charge.  I also have a $19.95 debit charge from a "www fit-fac com 866-4071022" which I never authorized.  Now I have to cancel my debit card with my credit union and be issued another one, and right here at the holidays!  I'd like to find the people doing this and choke them with all of our canceled credit/debit cards!  It would be worth the trip to Great Britain or wherever they are hiding!

I just fought online for 1 hr with customer service from company AcaiBerry at # 877-300-3766 after my FREE trial period expired and I was charged $88.62 from company EROTSMERPUSIACA which spelled backwards is ACAISUPREMSTORE another # listed on that transaction. they could not tell me why the charge showed up under another name but agreed to cancel any further charges. maybe you would get some informatin from AcaiBerry....... good luck

This happened to me also. The man at the bank fraud center said even if I change my debit card number it is still tied in to the checking acct. It would be best to just close the acct. out and open a new one.  Don't know why these people are not being arresed.  They have four different company names they are using.

My wife just called me and said she found the same 88.62 charge on her account as so many of you have. After reading and discussing this with her, we believe it be related to the AcaiBerry free same she ordered online. the account record from the bank statement reads EROTSMERPUSIACA.
This makes perfect sense because as "nurse" comented it is  ACAISUPREMSTORE when read backwards. ACAI berry! Please be aware of the small yet missleading small print that "Missy" mentioned to say "if you did nothing in 15 days it would charge you $88.62.  If you do nothing by 12/30/08, you will continue to be charged $88.62." We have notified our bank and will attempt to contact the company with our complaint.

I have told many of my friends and hope everyone is carefull when believing that something is said to be free, but asks for a credit card. Even if it is only for shipping.
