I have been calling since this morning, I just had my baby last week and I need her medicaid id number so she can get her first check up. Its ridiculous. I acted as if I was getting info for suncap and finally got through to a live person, try it guys it really works.

I JUST TRIED THE TRICK!! IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM! i only had to hold for 5 minutes, it did however take about 6 times of trying it tho. awesome awesome awesome!

Yup suncap works waiting time was 1 minute

I always call on Friday afternoon and I get through after 2-3 tries.    Trying to get through on Mondays is impossible.

Mondays and Tuesdays are not the best times to call nor during the lunch hours.

The SunCap line is for elderly and disabled individuals.

This system down here is awful, I need a review, and needed a authentication for a I'd, what type of crap is this, I went to one of the sites, twice to show Id that they already have a copy of, was told to talk with a supervisor the second time, Talked to a white guy who was suppose to help took another copy of the id still nothing, where are the local office numbers?  You can't really get any information from the 1(866) number because of the local office hasn't sent the fax over of the "authentication of the I'd" that's some out right bull...., putting my I'd in your hands should be authentic alone. I really need Help this is crazy.........

Thanks for this info, I live in jax around 7 month and the only offc I know is in Arlington e peat the people there is Rude say I don check case, I don't send fax, I dond have the address to another offc, so that offc it's DCF o Not?
