I can't log in

Access number 677901037.                                 My phone interview for the foods stamps, l call every day and get my information for Mr. Thomas, Ruben call me and he never do or his box mail is full.  Please do you can do something.

Everytime I dial the number I keep getting a busy signal it doesn't even ring and it's not a normal busy signal it's a rapid busy signal and disconnects way to leave your hurricane victims hanging

I called 866-762-2237 and they had me waiting for 3 hrs just to get ahold of someone. The people they hire are heartless [***] who don't have families or children of their own. They insulted me and yelled at me when I asked a question or tried explaining my situation, when I asked to talk to someone hire than them they hung up. I'm a single mom of a baby boy and I get no help and just lost my job. I've been applying for a lil help for a year now and it's always the same thing. They treat you like [***], yell at you, make you mad and then they hang up. I've worked at call centers before and I can tell you from experience that is not customer service on the number. My anxiety and depression has gone higher due to these people that are supposed to help.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They send me a letter for the interview to apply for assistance. I call the number and either the mailbox is full or I leave a message, but never get a call back. I then received a voicemail that said I needed to call the number (866) 762-2237 for the interview. It’s just a busy signal and it’s been happening for around 2 weeks now. I love how this number is on their website and it was even given to me by some lady on a voicemail, but they don’t even check if it’s even connected or not.

I came from jersey n fl Dcf in Jacksonville suck I’m sick and they have no way of contacting them I went 3 times to the office and they still haven’t fixed what they asked me for so upset

I have been told several times that I can upload information into the my access online I'm trying to send requested forms and I'm at a point now where I may be denied any help but there is nowhere on my access where I can find that says benefits summary and then case info and then view uploads there's no place anymore on the website to upload information what do I do I don't have a fax and I'm trying desperately to send this information
