You need to call the number on the back of your card or your local DFACS office. They do not monitor or own this website.

I work with DCF and if you are a student, you must meet the requirements for students. As a student you MUST be working 20 hours a week or 80 hours accumulative for the month. OR be on federal work study through the school. Anything less then 20 a week or 80 accumulative for the month, you will be denied for being an ineligible student.

There is a 407 number to call direct for your update on ordinal info and I can't find it.    Does anyone have that #.  I think after the 407  the number starts with 7.

    Scams Suck
This is just a PHISHING scam.  These go out to anyone that has filed.  If you look closely all of the letters are the same and none of them contain an actual state seal.  Just, a photo copy of bits and pieces.  Don't give out any info, call or be tricked and feared into falling for this I.D. info scam.  None of the info is accurate, nor does it have official info stamps.  Most importantly, YOU DIDN'T GET IT IN THE MAIL FORMALLY.

Please do not call this number and give any information out to them.

If you feel you have an issue with that agency, please call them directly from you own yellow pages or the official letter they send you.  NOT, you email.

    Scams suck
Better yet, you look up the official number, call them and make sure the letter of email you got is real.  The scammers are getting smarter and using the mail now.  Best way to check it is to simply look up the official office and call or write them, rather than responding to the letter directly or calling the number that the letter gives you.

Just to verify my suspicions, I called the number, against my better judgment only to find a way to help others understand my point.  And, I got the same message system.  But, the very first request from that system was to enter my SSN as a case number.  Phisher scam all the way.  Have some public info and part of my SSN from other scam phishes, but please do not fall for this one.
