I get relentless phone calls from these people.  8 AM. Then 9:30 AM, then 10:20 AM, next day at 8:42 AM, 4:18 PM, then the next day, 11:22 AM, and 6:43 PM, and then today 5 minutes ago.  What the heck!  I hate these people and I have never answered their calls, and they don't leave a message.  They are idiots.

Calls, will not leave a number. Pick it up and get hung up on.

Okay, so, I went to Financial Control Services website.  www.fcsglobal.com  (ding, red flag) quite an impressive array of Professional Memberships/Sponsorships and endorsements. But remember, their "customers" understandably would like to see some return for the medical services that were provided whether necessary or otherwise.  In the healthcare industry we are all a potential Bad Debt and I am afraid my friends, it is only going to get worse. I know very few people these days who do not owe some kind of medical debt. My youngest son (23) had to go to the emergency room a few months ago. He had just started a new job, not on the insurance plan yet and already he is stuck with debt like that and needs more done. On that positive note, I received one of those annoying auto calls for someone other that me on my cell phone which is on the DNCR. I too received several calls from this number for someone else.  After calling FCS/A.K.A. Financial Control Services and speaking to their District Manager to complain he told me that the name of the person and my phone number is not in their system and it assured me it was not their company that called. Turns out he was right.  I received another call from this number this morning and found out from the representative that the company she works for is called Franklin Collection Service.  After threatening to report them to the FTC, Attorney General and the BBB she assured me that my number will be removed and I would not receive anymore calls from them.  We shall see.  God Bless. I don't think they're harassing. They call maybe once every 2 weeks. I never answer cuz I made payment agreements via mail for my hospital bills. I know it's their job but I'd never pay anyone anything over the phone who calls ME.

I know a Michael Chamberlain he is one of the Chamberlain brothers they were notorious for dealing drugs they still live in the city of Detroit so I wouldn't except the debt they owe hundreds of thousands  if dollars

my mother has been getting calls on her cell phone from this number. When she tries to answer she is connected to someone who asks 'how can I help you?'

Mom knows its a collection agency but know idea which one or why they call. She's 8o years old and its ticking me off that they are harassing her without the common decency to tell her what the H### they want.

They continuously call with no message and it is during work hours.

This number call every other day I say hello but hang up and I getting tired.

I receive phone calls from this company or number I should say, but when I answer the phone there is dead air and then a click. I tried calling the phone number back it rang several times and then hangs up. so I guess the only solution to the problem would be to block the number? I honestly have no idea why they're calling because nobody ever says anything.

Not everyone that they are trying to call is a dead beat. That was just rude.

Robo call regarding criminal activity with your SSN.  When I return call it is answered by someone IDing themselves as Franklin Collection Service. When I told him I was returning a call regarding a message I received about some sort of trouble concerning my SSN he transferred me. When it picked up I was on hold.  Normally I like to stick around on these calls to slow them down, and tell them to go f@ck themselves, but I had other things to do
