I sent the copies when will I get an answere

I have complied with the entire process and I still received a denial letter. I am one of those who keeps everything because of this kind of crap. So They wanted hard copies, so I sent them hard copies. I still haven't heard back from them or received a check yet!

My check DID come- and it was in the amount of $687 dollars! I do live in the unincorporated portion in the city of Covina. I Never submitted any utility bills-I just wrote the utility companies they asked for and I believe they verified the payments made. The utilities were from Edison-$338 So Cal Gas-$98.52 Verizon- $151.88 and Verizon Wireless$95.86. The check was real-I took it to the bank to make sure!

I did get a phone. I got a letter 8-14-10. Sent in the information that was asked for with in the 45 days. Still have not received my check yet. I also sent the information in 4 more times and still have not heard form these people.
Maybe this is still yet another scam.

Do anyone know when are you suppose to receive the money from padyay loan claims admistration?
They said in 45 days but i just wanted to know did anyone get anything from them?

Dear Karen, I just received  "NOTICE OF DENIAL" from your office stating that I did not submitt/show payment of the Los Angeles County Utility User Tax during the class period from, February 16, 2004 to November 4, 2008. The letter also states that I am "Not" eligible for any additional award. Karen I know for a fact that I submitted all the required documents that were required to receive the award because I did receive a check from your office. My Claim No. 124859 can you please assist me in finding out how all my documentation that I submitted to your office got lost or misplace. Karen this current letter from your office is causing me a great deal of concern and worry, because I know that I submitted copies from all my payment receipts to your office. Can you please look into this matter for me ASAP!

I received the Denial Letter and i have submitted all the docs and i have paid the utility tax as well and still received a denial letter after waiting for so long for an answer.
Claim NO #41547 and #41422.

Hello, i have return the postcard before 10/28/2012 and till now i have not recived any money i have called ths number 1866 783-5877 and this is Disconected now

hi Karen, if you are still checking emails, my mom had claim paperwork filed on march 4, 2009, but she passed on later that same month.  I do not know if she was paid by settlement, still have copies of her paperwork though.  is there a site I can check to see if funds paid or if they went into some holding spot? I was POA for her, etc. thanks     lisablue56@yahoo.com
