They have been calling my cell phone.I installed you mail app and I never get them anymore.I just sent the number to ditchmail and they hear a this number is disconnected recording;) but before I did that , they left a message on my voice mail. they call from 407-842-1511 then leave the message to call 1-866-795-6989
yeah Ill get right on that lol . I know I dont have a payday loan so it certainly isnt mine ....maybe its my brother in laws but that isnt my business or concern .

So yesterday I speak to a crook at this legacy place after them calling my family member (never called me)....I called them. After she verified my name only & went into her rant about suing me, I get a call today w/ a voicemail about some garbage....verify a address for a legal something or another...press 1. Lmao....they're got to be kidding. I used to work in collections at a law office that actually could & did sue & the way they go about it is a joke. If you're going to sue someone you just do it, you don't harass them over & over in a attempt to scare them. If it meets certain criteria then you could be sued. This place is a huge joke. Keep leaving the voicemails legacy....it'll go great with the report I filed with the attorney generals office in my state.

Got a message from them as Legacy Asset Management, saying that they were pursuing a possible legal proceeding against me last month. Got a call from them today with the same message, but now they are JM and Associates.

Forgot to mention in my post above that they are also calling from 716-462-6257, a cell phone.

These folks left a message on our home machine.  After reading all this, I am so NOT returning the call because we have no debt.   Thanks to all who took the time to report this!  I appreciate it!

I have been receiving calls for a few weeks now ..ive not answered them but my voicemail message is always the same ..."we are trying to verify an address for legal documents to be sent to please call 866-795-6989 .....BUT the call is FROM 270-506-1827.. ..they are STILL up to the same tactics ....most likely this is a bill of my husbands ...he loves to give MY number instead of his own ...

They call me using a 512 area code. I keep deleting it so I can't put it down here.  They won't give me the company either.  I just keep ignoring them - but now that I have the name and address, I'm sending them a letter and copying the Attorney General of the State of Texas.  If I do actually owe them anything, okay, I'll pay but they REFUSE to tell me whom the debt is to, when I made it, how much it originally was, and they refuse to send me anything in writing.  So, until they do, I'm not giving them anything but a written cease and desist letter with a return receipt.  They've even gone so far as to spoof 911 on my cell phone.  Scared the crap out of me.  One time they said they were from Williamson County Courthouse - so I called WilCo.  No such person worked there.  I just delete any message/phone numbers from them.

I just got a voicemail from a number with a Phoenix area code saying they had a package returned to them and to call them to verify a correct address.  Yeah, right.

I too keep getting calls from this 866-795-6989 and I can't get them to stop.  Today I received a call from a 425 # which is a Kirkland, WA area code.  Thought it was one of my nieces.  Instead it was a recording about needing to verify an address because of a returned package.  No company information nothing.  I tried reverse look-up on the 425 # and it's bogus.  Geesh.  I may have debt issues, but I'm working with my legitmate creditors.  I DON"T need this crap!  Nor does anyone else.
