This entire page explains that it notifies about Jeep/Chrysler recalls, which I found interesting because I have never owned a car from these brands and makes me feel as if it is a scam. Perhaps the person who had the number before me owned one but I've been in the possession of this line for a couple of years now.

It was just one call so far, with no voicemail left.

They called my mobile number and left a voicemail.  Sounded legit enough but I don't own a Jeep/Fiat/Chrysler.

It's a legitimate phone call from Jerp/Chrysler. We received recall notice for air bag but haven't taken it in yet. The recorded message was just stating it was urgent we have it taken in to have work done.

They called an left a message in Spanish, I think.  Don't know what they want, but I would consider it telemarketing gone bad.

This is a legitimate call for recalls on all Jeeps.  I received the call on my Jeep Wrangler for the powered side mirror.

Yes they send by mail, but this number is the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge Recall Resolution Team.  It handles issues of choices to make regarding recalls & followup to the choice you make.

Called to check on status of Recall repair for my Jeep Wrangler's Driver's side mirror.  It's legitimate.

They called twice today. 15 minutes apart. No sound on the other end of the line. I only answered to inform we are on the DNC and wanted to tell them I was reporting them to the FCC.
