Got a voicemail from this number. It was a real human voice wanting to talk to me about my federal student loans. I don’t have any federal student loads. Beware, sounds like a scam.

Received a message from this number. Caller identified herself as Susan Nelson and wanted to set up payment plan for federal student loans which I do not have. Asking for bank info. If it was a federal agency, you would receive a written notice. Do not give banking info or credit card info. This is a scam.

Called in regards to "changes" in my federal student loan from an unknown number. Voicemail number is 661 469 8191

I got a call regarding 'changes' to my student loans saying to call this number back. I don't have student loans. Scam alert.

Same info as above.  Must be a scam, I have never had student loans.

Same as others, I contacted them and they said they were with "Student services" I asked who they were, what entity, and he said something about federal student loan forgiveness. Automatic scam alert...

Susan Nelson called me talking about my student loans, but when I asked where they were calling from, all they could tell me was "student loans".  I do have outstanding loans, but they couldn't give me any information about them.  Beware!

Same message as above. From Susan Nelson gave a reference number. Never said company name. I do have student loans, but always get written communication.

left a voicemail stating her name was Susan Nelson and gave me a reference number to refer to when calling this number back. Stated there was changes that needed to be done to my account. i DO have a little student loan, so I logged into my account but I had no notifications. Scam alert.

I had the same experience. Susan Nelson, calling regarding the federal student loans - changes to payment options. She left a phone number call back and a reference number. I do have student loans but decided to research the number before calling back since she didn't say the name of an organization. Number she called from is 475-279-6307 but call back number was 866-834-1199

Received this same call regarding my student loans which I also no longer have. It did sound like a real woman, she even said “um” in her message but I still believe this to be a robo call with an excellent voice technology. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!

Same here. Susan Nelson left me a voicemail regarding my student loans which were paid off a few years back. She also gave a reference number to call back to make things easier.

Same as everyone else.  This Susan Nelson is certainly making the rounds. I just recently paid off my loans, so this is definitely a scam. Caller ID was (225) 831-6583, but "Susan" left the 866 # in her voicemail.

Yup. My son is getting ready to finish up college and I've been getting voice mails from Susan Nelson for about 3weeks or so. She keeps leaving messages, always the same. Regarding repayment of "federal student loans" and "there have been recent changes that we need to discuss" then she leaves some reference case number. We've just been avoiding it, because we assumed it's a scam. She leaves 866-834-1199 as a call back number, but the incoming caller ID has come from a variety of numbers with a variety of different states attached to them. The last one was 1-317-795-0602.

Same as the others.. Left me a message and asked me to call back. Left me a reference number. I wonder if she left us all the same reference number!

SUSAN NELSON, what a loser, why don't these people get a life??? Same thing about federal student loads and calls from diff numbers, so annoying..
