Same as everyone else, Susan Nelson regarding student loans that I have never had in my life. No company name, caller ID says number is 302-536-0303 but her call back number was 866-834-1199

Same as the others have described. This is the 3rd VM this scammer has left so I was beginning to think it may have been legit. However, she would have left detail on who she worked for etc. Not to mention they would never call me about this.

Same as previous postings. "Susan Nelson" called from 478-449-1498, but gave the 866-834-1199 number to call back (with a reference number) regarding "changes" in my "federal student loan payment options." I have federal student loans in repayment, but the entity managing them always contacts me in writing...and I call them if there needs to be a verbal discussion (not the other way around). Sounds like a scam. I'm glad I always look up unfamiliar numbers prior to returning calls.

“Susan Nelson” called me too, in reference to my federal student loans (no company name given) and that she needed to discuss my repayment options set to take affect recently. Said to be sure to state reference number, 30355, it makes things a lot easier. Call came from 205-670-2111 but asked me to call back 866-834-1199. Sounds like all who received calls got the same “reference” number! Student loan company would always communicate via letter or email, whatever your communication preference is with them. Scam alert!

She called and said I needed to call about my student loan, which I don't have and to call back with #030355 to reach her directly.  SCAM

Susan Nelson called regarding updates to student loans.  Left 866 number along with reference number.   Sounded like a person not robot.   Unfortunately called back gave reference number to person and was told you were given options I hung up immediately.   Now What?   Cannot believe I thought this was really?

Susan also called me saying she needed to talk about my Federal Student Loans.  Left a reference number 030355 plus a phone number 866-834-1199.

Call came in fron Anderson, Indiana a woman named Susan Nelson asking me to call this number back to discuss my outstanding student loan when I do not have any student loans. Block and delete this number it's definitely a scam.

Called the cell phone of my 86yo MIL who's never gone to college and therefore has never had a student loan. These scammers can stick their reference number where the sun doesn't shine.

This is a 3rd party, private business hoping you will consolidate loans with them.  There is likely nothing wrong with your loan, and you are under no obligation to provide them with information.

Same as what others are reporting - "Susan Nelson" (866-834-1199) calling about needing to discuss student loans. This was the 3rd call like this that I've received. I've also gotten a call from  "Robin Fletcher" (866-569-6565) with reference number 033991 and "Debra Mitchell" (866-571-3131) with reference number 022441. By the time "Susan" called, I was super suspicious and didn't bother with the reference number. The names were different, but the voices and scripts sounded identical to me.

Have been receiving repeated calls from Susan Nelson about my student loans and changes to them. I ignore the calls because I have NEVER had student loans. Thought maybe I would let this person know they had the wrong number but after checking this helpful website I realized that it was a robo call and definitely someone up to no good!!!!  The caller id originated in Colorado and the return call was an 866-834-1199 number! If you do not recognize a number DO NOT ANSWER the call. If someone really wants to speak to you then they can leave a message and you can return their call at your convenience.

A person calling herself Susan Nelson left me a voice message saying she wanted to discuss changes in a federal student load that I do not have.  Reference # is 030355. I did not see the actual number she was calling from.

Susan left a voice mail for me. She said who she was, said my "federal student loan" which no one in my house ever had a student loan, so that's funny. But the thing that got me is she never says the name of who she is calling for... scam alert? Id say so!

We received the same call from Susan Nelson. We don't have any student loans. Delete don't return her call. SCAM
