Same as above... Susan Nelson wanting to advise me about repaying my student loans.  Wanted me to call them back at this #.

Same as the others. With reference number 030-355. Sounded fishy to me.

Definitely a robocall. She said um several times on my voicemail too.

1-866-834-1199  Susan Nelson calls asking for a rtn call to discuss payment options. Leaves reference last 3#355.
Totally a scam!!   Beware never give anyone personal information over phone.

Same as others- Federal student loan, but I don't have a loan.  Even gave a reference number

"Susan" just called me with the exact same message regarding changes to my student loans.  Didn't list a company name or any other information except the callback number and the reference number.

Just got the same message.  My cell is NJ number, I live in CA and the call came from CT.  This is a scam!  I never had loans and have been out of college for decades.

Same call from Susan Nelson about student loans. Didn't say who she was calling for or where she was from. My student loans are already paid so this isn't right. Call came from (501) 737-3389, she said to call the 866 number.

I have received two voicemails over the past two weeks from "Susan Nelson." stating she needs to discuss my federal student loans and repayment options. 1) She doesn't identify me by name. 2) She doesn't identify her company by name. She calls from 475-897-3207 but tells me to call back 866-834-1199. I don't have any federal student loans. Definitely not calling this lady back.

Just received a call from Susan Nelson about my student loans.  Since I do have a student loan and recently filed my taxes, I thought this might be legit until I looked on here.  My call came from (785) 569-0206, and she asked me to call back 866-834-1199.  She also left the same reference number as other people got, 030355 which is a huge red flag.  Did not identify my name or her company, which is what first made me suspicious.

Same as everyone else, Susan Nelson regarding student loans that I have never had in my life. No company name, caller ID says number is 302-536-0303 but her call back number was 866-834-1199

Same as the others have described. This is the 3rd VM this scammer has left so I was beginning to think it may have been legit. However, she would have left detail on who she worked for etc. Not to mention they would never call me about this.
