Same as everyone else. Susan Nelson. Repayment options for my federal student loan (which I've never had). Same voicemail, same ref #. BS. Highest quality scam call I've ever gotten. So annoying.

SAME!! Call from Susan Nelson referencing my federal students loans and needing to discuss repayment. Call came from 586-437-1014, but she said to call back 866-834-1199. She also gave me a reference number.
I called my student loan company to report the scam so they are aware. Don't call this woman back. What a pathetic attempt to take advantage of people who are already thousands of dollars in debt and working their butts off to get ahead. Shame on you, "Susan Nelson."

Got this voicemail today. Sounds like a scam I live in Indiana and got this call from Georgia: “Yes this is Susan Nelson and um I'm calling in reference to your federal student loan um I need to discuss your repayment options to _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ a set _⁠_ take it affect recently so if you could just be sure to give me a call back my number is 866-834-1199 and um I'm going to go ahead and give you a reference number if you can please have this handy when you call back I just makes things a lot easier reference number is 030355 thank you…”

Identical message, identical number. Scam!

Susan Nelson calls one time, and next week she is Susan Collins.  Calls come in from different Area Codes and leave call back phone and reference numbers.  Call-back # is usually 866-321-9933 or 866-834-1199 and reference number (same as many on this forum) 808-809 or 030-355.  Scam!!  I haven't had any loans for 25 years.

My wife and I do not have student loans, but my son does.  Started receiving calls from Linda Wilson and Susan Nelson every few days, with almost identical wording to their messages.  No identification of a company or institution.  The reference number they left was almost always different, and the call back numbers varied.

I have now received identical messages (obviously a script) from 4 different individuals, each leaving a different return phone number and each having a different "reference #". I don't have any student loans but my son does. I realized it is a scam when I received the 4 different messages with different reference numbers, different return phone numbers, same exact message word for word.
