Got similar message.

I received 2 messages in a row  stated: VISA alert  #42071  ACCOUNT FROZEN  call us at 1-866-443-5394  from 2 seperate email accts. is there anything we can do to report this?

My brother got this text, and he does not pay attention to scams, he called and gave them his card info so now what should he do... He is trying to cancel his card, but banks are closed right now...  Thanks for your help!!!  I told him he should try to call the number on the back of his card and report it lost/stolen

My 87 yr. old father just received an email from Parts@bigdogmotorcycles.com with a Visa Alert#773201 claiming account frozen. Called the number and got a recording saying number was not available at this time. Beware! Someone is scamming HARD! Is there anything that can be done to find out who is doing this and stop them?

Received this on my cell also stating my VISA had been frozen and to call Peggy regarding # 773201.  When I call the 866 # A recording states the person or number you are calling can not be reached by this method at this time.

The message reads:
peggy@mepotelco.net VISA alert:  #773201 ACCOUNT FROZEN., CALL US AT 866-864-7960

"Your Visa account is closed due to unusual activity, call us (866) 864-7960"
I've received 2 identical texts addresses as follows: visa@atmail17.tmomail.net  visa@atmail15.tmomail.net

i got the same message as everyone else, caller "mark@suncoastpba.com"

I just got that same message saying my VISA was frozen. I knew it had to be a scam because I was up to date on all my bills.

Nice job brainiac I work for the BANK!!  I know you're a scam!  Plus my number is on the do not contact list.  Not sure how this applies to text messages but beware general public...I'm pretty sure once you make contact with them, it's open game for them to contact you.

i got a msg from: services
MSG: VISA alert: 90FFA ACCOUNT FROZEN, call us at 17862146744

i was puzzled and when i called back an answering machine ask for my account number! damn! im not stupid!

I also got a message from "SERVICES" that said "VISA alert: #773201 ACCOUNT FROZEN. call us at 1-866-864-7960"

This message was received on May 26, 2009.

I got a Visa Alert text from # 866-864-7960 I never called and ignored it.
so guys do the same its a scam don't fall into their trap. don't give out any personal info. See ya!

I just got this exact tm on my cell phone too.

My credit union lists this as a scam. DO NOT CALL BACK!
