Well we all know that the national no call list doesn't work.premium gifting must have gave away those four top gifts many many times.I don't know how they stay in business with such generousity.I'm tired of receiving such calls and looking into harrassment by this company I am keeping recordings and giving them to a attorney.See you soon in court.

Well Kevin, you just confirmed the scam and brought up an important point who is using my information and more importantly how do we get them to stop.

These people called me today from Premium Gifting saying I had won a prize. I believe it was Kevin. Kevin, if you're reading this, I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call people. If my house is called again I will be calling the Attorney General's office. This is a scam! DO these people think that we're dumb enough to call them back. Give me a break.

Said we'd won 1 of 4 top prizes.  Insisted they're not telemarketers or time share sellers. Said we'd entered some contest (baloney).  This is the 4th call we've received and I'd really like them to stop!

What entry form?Disclose where you get people's names who enter contests.As you know,your company buys list's of names and phone numbers off other companies------that is cold calling.You must be a stupid little man......[***].

I received a call from Kevin today.  It was really hard to understand what he was saying but I did understand that he was from Premium Gifting and I had one a prize from something I did 12-18 months ago.  At first, I thought it said from a car loan that I took out but I knew that wasn't right.  He said it was in my best interest to call back.  Luckily, I found this thread before I called back.  I won't waste my time now that I know more about what the call was about.  Kevin - if you want to sound real, you may want to speak clearer.

Got the same call from Kevin that I was a winner of one of the top 4 prizes, but and the end of the message he said his name was Kelvin..........scam scam scam. Don't call me back!

A woman named Shirley at Premium Gifting called stating I was eligible for one of four top prizes,including a car. Adding it was not a cold call or telemarketing. I've not filled out any entry forms for this contest or any other.  Call back number was 866-933-6013 x124.

I totally agree. Got a call from Kevin on my phone this morning and can't really hear the message well enough to say EXACTLY what he said. Actually sounded like it was a badly recorded message so doubt it was even him on the line.

I too received two calls from 708-898-1251, they appear to be recorded messages that are generic in nature explaining that I won 1 of 4 major prizes.  I just completed an FCC complaint at esupport.fcc.gov as well as the National Do Not Call Registry website.  Perhaps if enough people complained they would cease and desist.

Watch out the FCC & National DNC folks will come a knockin soon.....

Same as all the others.  Premium Gifts LM on voice mail.  Not going to bother calling back- love this site.  I check so many numbers on this.

I received the exact same message in my wife's name last week from Shirley.  We don't remember entering any sweepstakes either.  Did anyone actually call back or talk to a live person to see what they are selling Or scamming?

I received a call from Kevin today, said I had won a prize.  I have not entered any sweepstakes to win a prize.  His call back number was 866-933-6013 ext. 243., on our caller ID it show up as 708-898-2649 Mitchells Comm. He said he had tried to call us several times and this was our last chance to win, it was in our best interest to call him back as this was a time sensitive matter.

Also received a call from Premium Gifting about winning one of four prizes.  They also stated this wasn't a telemarketing and/or cold call.  After reading the comments on this site, it's very clear it's a SCAM.

You are right on.  I too was called from that number, and I let it go to the answereing machine. I too will not be calling this number back.  Thanks for the heads up

A person who starts off as "Kevin" keeps calling saying he is calling regarding an entry form I supposedely filled out between 6-18 months ago.  I have won one of the top two of 4 prizes one of them being a car and this is time sensitive and need to call him back.  He has tried numerous times to contact me etc. etc..  He never addresses anyone in our household by name and this company has called now at least 6 times.  The caller ID number is 708-833-8651 however the number he wants us to call back is 866-933-6013 extension 243.  He also states that he is aware of the do not call lists and it is not a telemarketing or cold call.  We are both on the national and state do not call lists so this company is acting illegally.  At the end of the call he calls himself "Calvin" instead of "Kevin".  Is perfectly clear both times.  I have kept this message on my machine if necessary since I will be filing a complaint.
