Not sure what the individually expects to gain by rendering a nasty opinion and a nasty opinion it is. If you have recieved a call the information provided to you is on file with your local goverment agencies.  If you call back you will find that there are honest compaies out there. Please visit premiumgifting.com.  I have not taking the time to read all the commebnts but I have not came across one individual that has been contacted that went to get a gift state that we have not been honest. Call back for yourself.

Funny, honest reputable companies don't have to pay their employees or shills to come on here and insist they're not a SCAM. Scammers do that all the time on sites like this though.

Honest reputable companies don't try to trick their victims (let's not even call them "customers") with fine print in obscure contracts that are designed from the outset to deceive the unwary.

Do your parents know you STEAL MONEY for a living?

1-866-933-6013 - Just received a call from "Duh-nee-shi-uh" (There's no telling how her real ghetto name is spelled) from a company called "The Premium Gifting".

Oh yes! That sounds SO legit, don't you think? :::sarcasm:::

In the voicemail message that she left, she claims that her call her will be her "Final Attempt" at trying to contact us, as she tried to contact us before.

I know for a FACT that that's an outright LIE, because this was the very first time EVER that that particular number showed up on our Improved Caller ID records. Nice try, but you FAIL at lying.

On that same note, she never once stated exactly WHOM she was calling for. How very strange...
So exactly WHOM in my household supposedly won this New Car?!?

Oh, but wait a second, she changes her tune and then goes on to state that unfortunately we didn't win the new car, but someone in my household DID win 1 of 4 Top Prizes.

Oh, but then she then states, once again, that someone in my household won a New Car. Are you seriously that stupid "Duh-nee-shi-uh"?

The best part of this SCAM phone call, and it IS a SCAM phone call (which we WILL be reporting this call to the FCC, FTC, AT&T, and your HOST Provider as a SCAM phone call), is that she goes on to state, and I quote : "Oh, and I'm WELL aware of the Do Not Call List, so DON'T be reporting this call!"

Wow... this company sounds like a real class act... -.-

Oh, and anytime a company uses Domains by Proxy to hide their REAL identity, you KNOW it's a SCAM 99.9999999% of the time!

Also, here's the guy who created their website. It shouldn't take much to get a request a Judge to issue a Judicial Order to force said website creator/host into handing over the info of the company that paid him to create and manage the website, don't you think?

To everyone who has posted here so far, please visit this site :

Got the same call. Sounded like Kevin and then Calvin. First problem. Sounded like in a tunnel. second problem. 12-18 months......interesting when I possibly did that. then when the call back number was given he said what sounded like "x 1 -866-933-6013 x 243".
I LOVE Google as this has been going on since June. Don't plan to call.

I would think if I entered a contest somewhere there would be more specific details, including my name, to help me believe this is true. Not going there.

Just go to your telephone company web site and BLOCK the offending number, so it will not be able to come thru.
But that's nothing permanent, because those Caller ID spoofers use a number for one day or so, then start to use some other number. The numbers they use are abandoned numbers, not yet reassigned by the telephone companies.
    From Wikipedia:

Caller ID spoofing is the practice of causing the telephone network to display a number on the recipient's Caller ID display which is not that of the actual originating station. The term is commonly used to describe situations in which the motivation is considered malicious by the speaker or writer. Just as e-mail spoofing can make it appear that a message came from any e-mail address the sender chooses, Caller ID spoofing can make a call appear to have come from any phone number the caller wishes. Because of the high trust people tend to have in the Caller ID system, spoofing can call the system's value into question.

It is amazing that such a crooked practice is allowed to go on!
Where are the feds when I need them????? I wrote to my US Rep...no response!

Bottom line: IGNORE IT and never give the other side ANY information. PERIOD!

I did call back and it is a bs scam.  Just trying to make you and your spouse come pick up a *wonderful* gift, But First: You have to sign something that tells them your family income, produce a credit card and your identification.  Afterwards, for ninety minutes, who knows what the heck they plan on doing with you.  RUN-AWAY!!!!

Received a call from James.  The number he called from was 708 566 5294. The number I was supposed to call back was 1-866-933-6013 X124.  Stated our name was selected to win a car, but we had to call back.  He stated that we were on a Do Not Call list, but stated that this was not a sales call.  Oh really?????  But we were supposed to return his call, because he would not call again.  Good...I hope he NEVER calls again.

Every scam call I have gotten in the last few years can be traced back to a credit card application I filled out from Menard's home improvement stores. The administering bank is HSBC, a British bank I believe. These people are selling our information to every Tom, Dick, Harry and Scammer in the world to make a few bucks. But in truth these companies buying the lists are the ones being scammed. They are buying lists of people who have absolutely no interest in buying from telemarketers. These lists are also changed slightly so that they can be sold again and again. Dumb companies beware! You are the ones wasting your money.

Same message that everyone has received regarding a form I filled out 12 to 18 months earlier.

Told me I was a winner of one of 4 top prizes.

Caller identified herself as 'Rhonda', 866-937-6013 ext 119. She sounded quite upset that she had a hard time reaching me and warned me that this was the final attempt.

There is no record on my phone of a missed call from this company or this number.

She gave me a confirmation number of MTT534
