- A Call RecipientReceived a call from an individual (Call ID showed "Unknown") mentioning an "important business matter" urging me or my attorney to contact her (name sounded something like Anisha Hutton, hard to hear properly) at her office (Office/Business name was undisclosed).
Extension given was 2273, I will not be contacting this near-anonymous individual.- Caller: Not given
- BobbyI got an automated robot calling me, asking me to call back 866-947-6802, I did and when I asked for the Name of the Company they reluctantly said Integrity Financial but refused to answer any more of my questions.

- Andie| 1 replyI have been repeatedly called for weeks from 866-947-6802. I called the number the back and a man claims to have an old Sallie Mae college loan in front of him. If I settle it in the next 24 hrs then I will be sued. I will get a judgement against me and I will loose everything I own. But when I ask what type of company they were, they refused to answer me. After I pressed them the rep finally hung up on me. The most I could get out of her was that they are a "financial institution". Well no sh**. "Debt collectors" is more like it.

- BewareI do not know who these people are, but the woman with whom I spoke with quickly began to sound defensive - The person for whom she asked does not live at this address, but is someone I know - She sounded as if he didn't call or have his legal representative to call immediately, someone was going to be on my doorstep - The number comes up as Unknown with a seven digit number, as if it is local - The call back number, however, is 1-866-937-6802.

- Treblig Nella| 1 replyIf this is a call from a debt collection agency, then, by law, they ARE allowed to call. Sad but true.
The others are: Political Organizations, Charities, Survey Takers, and anyone you have done business with in the past.- Caller: Integrity Financial
- Call type: Debt collector
- D replies to Treblig NellaYou are right that a debt collector is allowed to call. However, there are explicit rules in the law the define the terms of their contact. When a collector violates these, the consumer has the right to sue them under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In such cases, the attorney's fees are paid BY THE COLLECTOR. Research the rules to the FDCPA and if you have experiences violations by a debt collector, contact a consumer lawyer.
- LCVD replies to deleted post| 1 replyLOL! I don't think so. Did you just settled over the phone? Because if you think you settled that you are wrong. You need to do this by letter, most likely you want a lawyer involved so he can state that you are entering into a new agreement on behalf of the guarantor through that Collection agency. You would have verified the legitimacy of the company through the guarantor of the student loan and then sign the debt off and cleared your credit report. Your contract must state that they will no longer be able to sell this debt to any other company for collection as it is paid off and inform them that if they do, they would be held responsible and that you may sue them for a specified amount of money.
Keep dreaming that it is paid off. Wait a few years and you will see someone else collecting doubled that amount. - Armando replies to deleted post| 1 replyBrandi,
Wow1 how did you manage that! I've owe Sallie Mae since 2000, $4800 then $13000 now. Apparently I was only paying the finance charge, my loan never went down. After being unemployed 3X within 12 years my account has grown. - Armando| 1 replyI've been getting a call by 866-947-6802 several time a day. From 12 noon till 9 pm with only a message that Armando XX-XXX call Mike Tider. I can't use my cell phone during that time, when I get out of work after that time. Automated machine answers, I which they would stop the harassment.

www.integrityifp.com - A B| 1 replyI was a co signer to one of these loans for a family member big mistake and when the family member started to have money problems and tried to work something out with these people it didn't take long before they started to call me for money. I ask them for all information regarding the loan and they said they will get back to me. After several weeks had passed they called back but the person new nothing of my call and had no record of it and wanted to know how I intended to pay the loan and wanted a credit card # or a bank # when I ask them for a supervisor they put me on hold then came back on and told me to call a different # to speak to a supervisor. I called that # and big surprise it started all over again. It didn't take them very long to put this on my credit but I have excellent credit so it really hasn't been to bad, so it's been more than 11 years since this started and been more than 5 years since I've communicated with them I no longer answer any calls or mail. In short there is no working with these people because all you get is lies and the run around you can never get straight answers, there more to this story but I know we all have better thing to do so good luck and don't let these idiot's get the better of you

- RJAThis number called asking for my grandfather by name and then followed it up my giving me the last 4 numbers of what they thought was his ssn. The numbers were incorrect but I laid into her about how inappropriate it was to give a persons ssn out over the phone. She could have asked "what are the last for of your ssn" not "are these the last 4 of your ssn" and all to have the wrong address and person when she called.

- DMDI just got an e-mail from Integrity for settlement of $10k on a balance of $37,546.99 Sallie mae from 2005. orginal principle was $13k. so nervous to send my checking information but I just want this to go away.. Should I trust them? it states this will be paid in full and all 3 credit bureaus will be contacted by Sallie Mae to show settled.
- Caller: Integrity Solution Services
- dmd replies to A BIf it is a student loan they will get you sooner or later it does not go away...
- dmd replies to LCVDThat is not true if you have paper work saying settled in full they cannot come after you? Mine shows the balance that was due and what they are settling for. It also states that Sallie Mae will contact all 3 bureaus to notify this is now settled.
