This kind of call makes me glad I finally fired ATT and went with ITP voip. I can easily block these guts and not be bothered at no extra cost that ATT would charge. Even so, if you are bothered join me in reporting this number to the FTC. Does it really matter what or who they represent? Not to me.

What, exactly, are you going to report? Which provision of the Telephone Sales Rules has this caller violated?  Not a single one of the 480 odd reports about this number indicates what goods or services they are selling or trying to qualify you as a sales prospect for.  If you cannot provide that information, there will not be an investigation.  The complaint will simply be logged and that is all. Even if there were 10,000 complaints logged about this caller, unless a specific violation was reported, no action will be taken.  The only possible complaint against this caller is for "dead air calls". The FTC does not handle those, the FCC does but any complaint to them must indicate that fact.

While the purpose of the caller may not matter to you, lodging complaints with no valid reason is a waste of everyone's time, including yours. So if you are going to file a complaint, make sure you know both what valid reason you have to complain and who the complaint should be directed to.

still getting calls from this number for months. they never talk, just hang up after 15 to 20 seconds.

Showed as "Delta Outsource" .... They became yet another spam Caller who was blocked by my PhoneTray Pro software (see - phonetray dot com). A rock solid program for blocking these fools.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Hang up call.  When I called the number there was nothing. I want this stopped and I don't want whoever it is to call my house again.

Just got it but did not pick up in time. If it's a POLL answer it. Your candidate may be underrepresented, such as not being mentioned at all.

Keeps calling, nobody there.

just called and I finally hung up after 45 seconds of no response.  It is now blocked.  They had their opportunity to speak.

I suspect that they go farther than just pings when they search they may put a simple warning  virus in your computer which blocks you from entering your computer. asking you if they can take control of your computer to get rid of the virus. You will have to scan your computer to get rid of the virus which comes up every time you turn it on and wont let you go any farther The Message looks like this.
Scams? It used to be on your phone now its your computer. I had a hard time converting this to text. When I went into Facebook this message popes up. Couldn't do anything till I scanned computer.

Have been getting calls from this number for over a week.  I answered the first time and there was no response so I hung up.  Now when they call I just let it ring.  Calls start around 11 in the morning and go on till after 10 at night--very annoying.

Keeps on calling - same garbage every time... They call while I'm out and when you attempt to listen to a 'message' as the phone is 'blinking', you get that 'screech' and 'If you'd like to make a call, hang up and dial again'  When you dial the number the message was 'there is no such number'....

This number seems to have been around for a long time---and if nothing else seems to upset people more than it should.  Just ignore an unwanted call---it isn't worth your time.

Holy Cow, 20 pages on 800 notes on this one number!  Same drill as others have reported:  no message left on answering machine... and certainly no answer by us.
