Refuse the charnges on your credit card and make them initiate action in court against you.  Then forget about it.  I guarantee they will NOT do anything to follow up.  They don't want to defend their scam in court, and besides that, the expenses to them far outweigh what they would get back.

I ended up with the same charges on my debit card just like you did and now have an appeal with my card company trying to get my money back and now there is a new charge on my card for 38.84 for something called surelock id.
I didn't authorize any of these cards either.  I don't even know who they are and if you do a search on sure lock you can't find anything.  I am fixing to have to cancel my card and have another card issued to stop the charges.

They said the same to mye after I returned the CD that if not sent back in 7 days charges $72.21 to my credit card. I called they recieved the CD, said I'd get a refund in 10 days, Well didn't happen. Now they say they havenothing in their system under my name, then after calling 3 dif numbers they gave me The lady said we have record of your account but can't do anything cause we no longer handle that. They could not give me any number of someone who could help me then hung up on me... It's a scam. Hope you recieve your money. I had the same problem, but after sending the CD back and told it would take ten days to refund. It's been well over ten days I call they have no account on me. I then call several other numbers they gave me then finally back to square one, said they found my account info but not doing that company's records anymore and could not find a number for me, well when I said were do I GO FROM HERE? I told her even if they changed they are still responsible for my refund, she hung up on me. Call me if anyone gets refund.... 574-440-1126

I also got hit with the 72.21 charge.  I never recieved the anything in the mail.  I called them and they said it would be 7-10 business days for a refund, that came and went.  I called on day 16, they said it would be sent to their "priority desk" for refund.  Now I'm on day 27 all of the numbers I can locate for this company are disconnected and still no refund.  I have contacted my bank for a chargeback but taht can take another 90 days.  What am I supposed to do to feed my kid, there people have no soul.

I was also charged 72.21 back in April. My bank statement only said for refunds call 866-957-0020. I had no idea what this charge was and disputed it with my bank. I called the number and got this number is no longer in service. My bank reversed the charge back in April. Now it July and all of a sudden my bank has received a denial letter for the reversal and is gonna chagre the money back to my account. Great...and I thought this was over with.

They are behind a Google Home Business Kit scam whereby they charge $1.95 for a cd (which never arrives) then you get hit real bad by all kinds of charges from Pacific Webworks.com, Profitstudiolearning.com and often times many others too.

The number of 1-866-957-0020 (866 9570020) has been used by them for many scams - including Google Money Tree, Google Treasure Chest, A1 Member etc.

It takes just 5 minutes to fill in the form online - this pacific webworks company and their web of scams needs to feel some heat from the feds. The scamming must stop!  Heck, report them to your state attorney general too - whatever it takes - we gotta shine a bright light into the dark corners of these scams and smoke these scam rats out of their dens.

Yes, I have same situation happen on me, I sent back the CD, they said I will received my refund in two weeks, however, each time when I called they always told me the same thing, I never received the refund, I am dealing with this situation with my banck claim dept, hopefully they can help me out.

this number showed up in my bank account to call for a refund for a pending amount of 72.21. I never received the cd I requested and was charged the shipping and handling.  I was able to cancel and even got a cancellation number but never received a refund.  My bank gave me a credit while thry dispute however they need more info, so I called the 1866 number and it is now not in service.  I dont even know the name of the company.

I returned the CD the same day I received it. I contacted the company multiple times after that and requested my refund. They said multiple times that the refund had been issued. I have YET to see it and my credit card was charged April 7, 2009. I called again today (August 15, 2009) and it says the number is no longer active. What should I do? I contacted my credit card company and they said the company has a minimum of six weeks to refund the money but that they couldn't do anything about it. Now WHAT???

I tried to ring this number for refund in good faith as I had not ordered or recieved anything from them. I have not been able to get through and one another nice company in USA who I had dealt with helped me to trace them and gave me the info of this website. I have passed the 60 days deadline so I am going to explain my case to them and see what happens. form the credit card-so people be aware  and check your statements regularly ,-I have been ripped off --

I've heard that this same scam masks itself as Google Money Tree, Google Money Kit, Google Treasure Chest, etc, and that the newspaper endorsement logos are fake, too.

I wonder if all the advertisement actors and pictures of people are the real scammers with their $28,000 checks to pay for Yale or some college from ripping people off.
I feel stupid, but at least I'm not the only one who was gullible.
