Received two voicemails from this number made with an autodialer. . . The message was cut in half because the dialer started playing the message when the voicemail recording started. In the end all it left me was the number. When I called back a "foreign" operator answered and said they were looking for someone of another name. When I said I didn't know who that was, she responded in disbelief and said "you don't live at 123 fake street?". . I said no, sorry. . . She acted irritated and hung up the phone. . . My guess, another scammer. . .

Same thing happened to me. I have recieved multiple calls from this number. On caller ID it shows up as unknown when answering it is automated. I call the number back to tell them to stop calling and they did the same thing with the address and then called a week lated. I called again to tell them to stop calling and they tell me that my number was deleted off of their records (but yet they just called) I asked them what the company was or what it was about they refused to answer except to say if they give me more info I would be receiving calls every day

person called looking for my husband, he said it was very important that he call back immediately, i told him i was his wife, and asked if i could help him with anything, he just hung up on me! he had a foriegn accent, i called the # he gave me back, and a woman with a foriegn accent named jennifer answered i told her that a man named shawn had called and asked her what it was all about and she hung up on me...it seems to be pretty shady!

My situation is similar to the other posts.  I have received messages almost everday. When I called this number I talked to someone named shawn who was foreign and asked me what my phone # was. He didn't verify my address but was looking for someone I don't know. My phone# is relatively new and this is not the first debt call I have received for ths person they were asking for. I asked him to stop calling and he said he couldn't change the phone # in the system. After arguing with him, he hung up.  The automatic dialer said his name was Matt from CEC. I can't find any companies with those initials.

I too have received multiple calls from "Matt" - I finally called on 7/25 and they were looking for someone named Travis (not me). They assured me that they would delete my number.

Another call on 7/26 - and that person said I had never called but they would delete me.  Another call on the answering machine 6 hours later

I called on 7/27 and spoke to a "supervisor" - they said my number wasn't on their system and were puzzled by why I would get a call. They assured me that I wouldn't get another call.

Guess what - yet again, another message and again assured that my number wasn't in there system and thus shouldn't be getting calls.

It is extremely annoying that they get their auto-dialing properly working

I have received two more calls from these people since I posted the note on Saturday.  I called today and they keep saying that my number is not in their system and act like I'm making it up.

I've had three calls now on a new cell phone number each time the same as reported above: "Very important message and you should call back right away to 877-200-4113"

First two times caller ID came up unknown, third time came up with that number.  I finally called it back and a foreign man answered very quickly.  He said he was with TGS company, Target Group Securities.  He claimed he was trying to reach Mrs. Roberts.  My only guess is this is might be legitimate debt collection company as it seems these calls are mainly coming into people who get new cell phone numbers.

the people are contstant calling me an harasing me and i do not even have an account with the company that they are suppose to be collecting for.  when i asked for the company name and address i was told that i could not have it. i explained that if i could not have the name and address i was hanging up, which i proceeded to do. the man (he called himself Keith Miller-called back 5 times in less than 3 minutes)the last time i picked up and he again refused to give me company name and address, began name calling and in his broken english told me that he had mentioned it the first time he called and would not state it again. he stated that he would continue to call 25 times a day until i agreed to pay. when i asked where to mail money order he said i could pay bill over the phone. he did not have any trouble recalling me names until i hung up.  through a little research i found out that the company is called takhar collections and i got one of the reps to give me an address so that i can mail them something to get me off there calling list.  they give you a niagara falls address.  after a little more research found the company address is really in cabridge, ontario canada  hope this helps anyone else who is trying to get off there calling list

Kept getting calls from 877-200-4113 on my cell phone. I was totally annoyed and called back.  An Indian guy answered my phone and saying they are calling the previous owner of my cell phone number. He promised he will remove my name from their calling list after my complainants.  

After several days I found I still getting calls from them everyday.

This number calls everyday! I don't answer because they are calling my cell phone and I'm not paying for some telemarketer [***]'s call. My cell phone and my house phones are all registered with the National Do Not Call list, and my cell phone answering machine says so. My message also says "WE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH TELEMARKETERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PERIOD!!!!!" They keep calling anyway. My question is why would these morons keep calling someone who A, is not going to answer, and B, wouldn't do business with them "under any circumstances"?

I wouldn't mail them a bloody red cent!  If this is a legitimate collection agency, and they are after you, you will receive an official letter in the U.S. mail.  Since you do not recall the company they are saying you owe money to, forget it until you get an official letter from the agency.

I got two calls from this number and they said they were from TDC.  He was indian as well and rude.  They told me to call back and I did but they kept hanging up.  My cell phone too is a new number less than 6 month's old.  I too am on a do not call list.  number shows as unknown, but after listening to the message about "an important business chance", they lefgt this phone number.

I received a phone call, when i picked up it was an automated messege that cut off. I called the number back and a foreign man by the name of James picked up. I asked him what this call was regarding and he said it was a collection agency for a company that i dont have an account with. I havent had an acoount with this company for over two years becuz of a dispute that was settled yrs ago. The man James read me a different address that was on file that wasn't even my address or any address that i know. When i explained that to him he said that he was going to send my file to the credit bureau and mess up my credit. Then he hung up

I keep receiving phone calls fro the nimber (877-200-4113), they ask for so one else, I have told them to stop calling. Today I called them back, yes a foreien male voice answered and I asked who he was, he responded, but I couldn't understand hjm, He than asked abiout an address and if I had just gotten a call from them, I told him I would report him and hung up.Now I see online many people have gotten a call from this same place.

Me too!  Multiple calls from the same number throughout the day on August 21, 2007.  I thought it was a SCAM, so I have NEVER answered (I look at incoming numbers often on my cell phone).  Lobbying should make a govt law providing number block services a standard with all cell-phone companies!

Collection Agency for BMG music  company....A month ago they were AIS Services and  they  called several times on  one  day and I  immediately  did research,  found  out  who they were and  sent them a do  not  phone  letter.  Apparently they are  several  companies as a  month later I get a  call from this number saying they are TGS....Still a  collection agency for BMG music

Well, I've finally tired of getting calls from this number so I've taken drastic measures. I put this number into forward on my phone so every call I don't answer gets forwarded right back to them. If I don't recognize the number and the name is blocked, I don't answer and the call goes straight to them. Just think what would happen if the thousands of people who get unwanted calls from these people did the same. Wouldn't we be havin' some fun!!!

I just got a call from this number today while I was at work. Luckily, my phone was on silent, so I didn't even know it came through until later in the day. This is not the first time they've called my cell phone. This is just ridiculous! :/

I got 6 phone calls in 3 hours from this number!! Finally I called it back. The foreign guy wouldn't give me any info unless I told him my name. I told him I wasn't telling him sqwat. They called me!! I never found out any info about the whole ordeal. I still don't know why they called or who they are affilliated with!! I did tell him that the next time they called I was going to get them for harrasment. I also said I would not be the one answering the phone next time......my lawyer will.
