I was not home at all yesterday.  When I check my caller ID when I got home.  This number called my line for 8 hours straight in 5 minute intervals.  Yeah..I am for sure going to pay them

They have my office number - continue to ask for someone by another name. Do not know how many times I can inform them that they have the WRONG number and need to take if off their list. I have more important things to do at work than be continually harrassed by this annoying company!!!!!!!!

CALLING FOR A COLLECTION THAT WAS PAID IN JUNE 2007.  THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO COLLECT ON THE SAME DEBIT.  WILL NOT STOP CALLING EVEN AFTER CANCELED CHECK HAS BEEN FAXED TO THEM AT THE NUMBER THEY PROVIDED 1-866-622-6911.

These SOB's are most likely part of thar Christina Smilley MLM Debt Recovery System. Check it out. They are a bunch of scammers trying to collect on out of date collections that have been written off. A real bunch of crooks. Her and her team needs to get a real honest job.

They call me every 20-30 minutes daily.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and they got me another foreign person that I could not understand.  I told her I could not understand her and she told me I could understand her just fine.  She has asked me for money to collect a debt and when I asked for what debt she would not give me the name of the company I owe.  I then asked her for the name of the company and I was told Takher Group of companies loacted at 8156 Sun Drive St. New York, NY, 14304 and phone number 877-200-4113.  When I look it up nothing comes up for the name of the company, address or phone number.  If anyone has suggestions to get them to quit calling please leave a response.  Thanks.

RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS W/ NO MSG. SUDDENLY URGENT (YET UNCLEAR MSG) LEFT. DIFFICULT TIME GETTING INFO IN WRITING.. TOLD "TRUST ME" AND "DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT" WHEN IT INVOLVES MY CREDIR & MONEY! I AM WORRIED. SEEMS VERY SKETCHY!

I THINK YOUR WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BILLS IS TO USE THE SERVICES AND DNT PAY TILL LEGAL ACTIVITIES ARE NOT DONE.AND AFTER A LONG TIME WHEN YOU RECIEVE A CALL YOU SAY I DINT GET ANY LETTER IN MAIL.
IF YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT YOU OWE MONEY, WHY DNT YOU TAKE CARE OF IT TODAY AFTYER LONG TIME YOU USED THE SERVICE.

Am I the only person that believe that "Mack" is involved with the scam artists that these posts are discussing? I keep reading over and over again about "foreign accents" and ill-mannered, abusive mannerisms and guess what? Mack seems to be all of that and more wouldn't you all agree? Guess what Mack? The United States of America has laws, and I pay my bills, on time and do not have any accounts that are late - so, your company is fraudulent and comprised of nothing more than filthy, lying, bullying thiefs. If you are going to pretend to be an American creditor, please, stop making yourself look assinine and foolish and at least take the time to use proper English and correct grammar. This guy keeps calling and doesn't speak English properly (like many others have stated) and I finally answered hoping to make him stop leaving me messages (didn't work by the way) and he said his name was Jason Miller from TGC - isn't it amazing how this one person has so many names and companies.

I have recieved numerous calles from this agency as well. I told them I am not paying anything untilthey can produce something showing that I ove them this money. I recieved an e-mail from them with the following address

Hey Raul, why not validate the alleged debt as required by the FDCPA? Once you make contact with someone, you are required to send a contact letter within 5 days as well as validate the alleged debt when ask to. But then that would be mail fraud wouldn't it? Loser

I started getting calls from these folks a couple of days ago about an old BMG account. (I may still owe the money--this was at least a couple of years ago and I thought I'd paid it, but I haven't yet found any documentation one way or the other.) As others have said, very (*cough*) assertive, and when I tried to get more info out of them or to have them send me a hard-copy bill/statement they ("they" meaning Angel Perkins, the woman with the foreign accent who is always on the other end of the line) insisted it had to be taken care of TODAY, that this was time-sensitive, it couldn't wait, and if I didn't do it now now now then this would be reported to my credit index. (And yes, they did give me the Military Road address.)

Long story short, I researched these folks online and found mixed messages about them everywhere. I called their Ontario office, and they did have my record and file number, etc., and the lady I talked to there (Amy) was very courteous and said that they could wait for my check to be mailed my next payday. But when Angel Perkins came back she told me that was a different office, they weren't the ones dealing with me, this is time sensitive and has to be paid now now now, etc. etc.

I'm perfectly willing to pay the money if I do still owe it. But they aren't getting any info of mine over the phone no matter what, and I'm just about convinced that they won't be getting any money from me at all if they can't send me a hard copy statement in the mail.
