I paid $1,000.00 on a charge off through this team of maggots before I found out I didn't have to pay on a charge-off.  They helped themselves to my savings account and threatened litagation action. How they got through my bank...should have been illegal.  Now I have to open a new account and cancel my savings account.  I'd like my money returned.  Going to the bank tomorrow to see what they can do for me.  My pays go directly into my account...I'm afraid I won't have a pay day for fear they will suck every penny out of my account.

They can only go into your account if they first have a judgement against you. You must have given your account info to them and they had it on file so they could freeze your account. Again I say they must first have a judgement against you.

I do not know if this is the same darn people but some one from 1-877-204-4869 called me and I picked it up answered hello and there was a recorded message saying they were trying to trace where I lived becuase it was an urgent matter....They had already called me from another 877 number and I told them to put me on a DNC list...apparently they did not....this is surely a SCAM.......and next time they call I am reporting it!
