YES!!! Same here! That was the even more sketchy part they had all of my info. But just like everyone else I had no record of it they wouldn't give me any verification etc etc. I screw with them and go round and round for 20 mins at a rip even told them they have multiple RED FLAGS.

They called and stated I owed money for beard products I never purchased.  They told me they were part of a company called "DHC".  I googled DHC while on the phone with them and it's a random body cream company out of Japan.  The scammers also knew some basic information about me.  She got upset when I kept asking for an emailed breakdown of the charges...haha

These people called me also. I asked them for credit card numbers that were used. Neither were ever my cards or banks I’ve been a part of. Be part is I can’t even grow a beard. They told me I owe $258.56 and if I don’t pay this time it’s going to collections and they local people

I received a phone call today saying that I need to pay $89.52 for a product that I supposedly got 2/22/2021. I have no record on ordering anything like Biotene or silky hydrating drops for an additional $39.95. I was also told that this account would be reported to credit bureaus. I asked for the phone number and was given 877-205-7242, I told them I would look into this and call them back.  I checked my bank account and no transactions to support their claim. Am not calling them!

thank you Shirley! so glad i saw your comment because I just got the exact same call! same company Biotin Complex Magnetique hair growth. I did the same i looked back at my bank statements couldn't find the $4.95 charge. on my cc or debit. i said i dont see any proof on my end that i ever purchased it. she said that didn't matter and that i had to settle and pay, i told her i was not going to pay that i didn't owe anything and i will dispute whatever they send to my credit report.  she was getting annoyed and starting to talk over me, and when i asked for email of proof she said i didn't qualify, WHAT?!  when she kept repeating to me that i had to say that i did or didn't want to settle this, i told her i wasn't paying anything because i didn't owe and hung up.  they called from a local number so i tried calling and it said it was not valid. I am upset that i let this get to me and now i have that angry feeling in my chest.

For future reference, an email is not a legal method of debt validation. Nor are phone calls, faxes, or texts. Only documentation sent via US mail.

I had the EXACT same call just now!!! I hung up I told them I’d never bought that product and that there number came up as a spam risk. I typed in this “customer service” they gave me, the same one they gave you, and this thread came up. Thanks everyone for putting this out there!

She said I owed the  money will be go to collection.

They called me claiming I bought Keto supplements and needed to pay them or it would ruin my credit.  I asked for proof of the bill and they said it was sent to me 3 years ago.  I asked to talk to a manager, she said she was the account manager for this company.  refused to email me proof, and refused to give me a number.  Said they didn't call 3 years ago, because it was during the pandemic and they weren't allowed to call and collect debts.  Talked over me and made a lot of threats. finally I told her she had to give me a phone number to call and she eventually gave me the phone number above that is just a recording that says my call is very important to them and then hangs up on me after 5 or so minutes.

Anytime you order something online or go into a store you pay right away.  No one is going to send you something without getting paid first.

Call me from local numbers 7 or 8 times a day. I asked for corporate address and was give an address in Utah thats a parking lot for a church. They gave me the 877 number and when I asked for proof that I ordered from them they refused. I supposedly ordered keto products.  I have had calls starting at 7 in the morning.

Said I owed balance on Keto pills I ordered. Shipped to me once in January and twice in February. Said they have sent me emails. They had my address and my phone number. I asked if they had verifications for Said shipments. Was told they had tracking numbers. Kept side stepping my questions. Asked to talk to supervisor,  said she was the manager. Wouldn't let me talk to her boss. I asked her name, Lucas Miller. I asked for address of company.  Was told St George Utah. I asked for phone #, would only give me CS #. I then asked for street address, Wouldn't give it to me. So I called number given. Finally answered and she said they represent a lot of businesses. So she looked up account. Said I owed like $89. I said I never ordered and I'm not paying. She says your shipments will be stopped then. I say I NEVER ordered the crap in the first place. She did then hang up on me. I told both ladies I know this is a scam so nice try.

I received this same call. They keep calling me over and over from different local numbers. They are so persistent and have called me 5 times in the last 30 minutes.

Foreign callers. Very hard to understand. They claim that I owe money for Keto supplements that I NEVER ordered or received. Would not give me ANY information and not let me talk. Although they continue to call from local numbers (that I get a busy signal from when I attempt to call back), they give the number listed above to call back for payment and cancellation of “fake” subscription. The one “supervisor” told me his name was Martin Cruz and his employee # was 1425. Wouldn’t give their company name. They had my email but refused to send any info to it for me to see.

Keep getting calls from local numbers saying I owe for keto diet. Gave this number to pay balance

I have been harassed for 2 weeks saying I owe shipping money for some pills I ordered last year. Each call they provide valid out dated personal information. Told me my shipments would stop. I tell them I don't have shipments to stop. Told me they can't provide email or mail proof. I asked for an invoice to be emailed. Could not do it. Told me the account will be sent to collections. All the comments on this site was the same thing that happened to me. Thank you for sharing, settled my nerves.

In 3 days I have received 9 phone calls all from local #'s from Ginko Keto crap telling me I owe them money.  Said this was shipped in 02/2020 to an address I no longer lived at for 3 years prior to that, that my card ending in **** declined payments not my card.  Much the same script as all posts above.  telling me that they will report me to the Credit bureaus and they will get me to pay and charge my card...what the hell are they credit agencies go to and how they going to charge my card.  I also did ask my their phone calls show up as a local number I was told they use a predictive dialer for local numbers.  I keep asking why they can't use their own number if this is a legit company. just keep talking over me.  Keep telling me to cancel and I say ok then lets cancel.  But first I need to pay my account up. Hell no I am not giving you my card for over $200 for something I did not order and if I did why the hell would I have it ship to an address I did not live at.  I even went to say I will have my attorney contact them and they say go ahead you will not win if you try to sue us.......good god.  Even when I tell them I do not live at the address they provide and the card is not mine they just tell me that its not their problem and that I am the one that owes....just tired of the calls
