What's weird here is how the stories begin as a negative option billing problem, then months or years pass in dormancy, then what looks a lot like a junk debt shakedown drives a nag call blitz.

I'd be more inclined to drill into my theory if only several complaint posts here were not lookalikes, making me wonder who the aggressors and victims truly are.

Someone from this number 720-118-9000, originally, called me noting I had bought some products years ago in 2021 from them totaling 206.98 (Argon Oil 89.52, Phytoshine 87.47, silk biotine 29.99) and then referred me to this "customer service" phone number: 877-205-7242.

I googled the phone number because it seemed really sketch and turns out I was right. I called the "customer service" phone number curious to see what would happen. Knowing it was bogus, I gave them some fake phone numbers when they asked for info to look me up.

I noted they were in a search I just performed saying the phone number was a scam phone number. The guy stayed calm and just kept saying he would need my information to look me up. I asked what company they worked for and said he could not provide that information but they represented a lot of companies with supplements etc. but refused to say who they were. I hung up noting I am glad they could not help since it was a scam.

I should have known it was fishy when the first call came through with that little computer glitch sound you hear with spam calls. They are getting very creative because, just like another post I saw, they called about products I would have purchased in the past.

Lucky for me, I had not been shopping those products at that time and when I looked for the company they claimed I bought them from, it did not look to exist "Magnetic Biotin Company"

I keep receiving calls telling me I owe money for hair growth products that were delivered to an address I haven’t lived at in almost a decade, but were delivered in 2021.  When I ask for literally any verification of this I’m told that it was emailed to me.  No such email exists and they’re like, not our problem, pay or we’ll send you to collections.  It’s always different people, and they all get so butt hurt when I tell them to send it to collections so I can dispute it.  They still call, though, and always from local numbers.  Looked up the “company name” they gave me and found all of you beautiful people.  Oh, I was also pregnant in 2021 and definitely wasn’t looking for hair growth supplements.

I got calls from multiple (917) numbers saying I purchased a CBD subscription.   Wouldn't give me any verifying information and when I asked them to email me they said they already did.  The name of the company they used would changed slightly each time and the address they gave (872 S. River Rd. St. George UT) is a mailing station.  I asked for the contact number for the company I made the supposed purchase from and they gave the above 877 number.

Got a call from a local number about a hair growth product that I never ordered 3 years ago to an address that I dont live at. They provided the above number for the customer service number to call. The company name also does not have a website, red flag!

Got a call about subscription after I paid s&h for a DVD. None is an English speaker. Did track down original company. Found out I owe them nothing and they had a data breach.

Just got a call from (415) 341-2278 stating I owe an outstanding balance on a subscription that was cancelled over a year ago. It was also a free trial. She said they tried to contact me multiple times which is a lie. Said she worked for Extreme Keto her "name" was Maria Fernandez. Her supervisors names was Juliana Lopez. I asked to talk to the supervisor because she got upset when I started to ask questions and wouldn't give her my new CC info.
She said the address to the company was:

877-205-7242 was their customer service.
PLEASE DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION

The address is to a "Mail and More" which means that they offer boxes such as a PO Box but with a "Suite" number attached so it looks like they have a legitimate place of business.

Trying to get money out of the Elderly

Got the same call.  I'm 5' tall and weigh 103.  Told her that I had never been overweight in my entire life so I  know I didn't order anything like this.  She got ugly and I got uglier.  I hate scammers!

Had a message at my work number to call Amanda Franchesca on 2/3/24. Called back and they asked for my name and phone number. I just gave my name. They said I owed money for a supplement (I believe, I could not understand the heavily accented woman on the phone) that was free but was a subscription. Couldn't get information on this. Told her to send me a bill, and that I think this is a scam and not to call again. She said it would be turned over to collection.

Saying I bought weight loss keto gummy‘s for $249 that I never purchased. They demanded the money and refused to send me a bill when I called this number back. The lady became very angry with me and told me she would refuse to send me a bill because they haven’t made numerous attempts to collect the debt.

If they haven't made numerous attempts to collect the debt then why wouldn't they send a bill out?

this company called me saying that I needed to pay for keto products (Natural Keto Co) I never ordered that were shipped to my address last July, and which I alsod never received.  Please be aware of these scammers!

received a call from a girl speaking broken english and you can hear all the other call center people in the background. She had my address and email and and old CC # telling me I owe them money on a subscription for sex enhancement drugs. I laughed and told her she was insane and she gave me this 877-205-7242 to call for customer service. I googled the number and got the blog.
