I got called i live in TX. no message just a call then hangup wondering if there is anyway to block this caller.

I just received the same hang-up call the others reported.

Just got a call from this number.  Noted caller-id and then terminated call after two seconds.  At least they have to pay for call.  If this is one of those so-called "robo-calls", I would guess that would be a good way to LOSE an election!  It is very sad when they have to resort to this!

We received a call from this number yesterday - it was a political recording from a local county commissioner running for state office, recorded BY HER.  Apologies for not noting the caller ID.  There was text there but I deleted it in disgust before I thought to record it. * It's obvious the Do Not Call list does not apply to political phone ads, since we've received over 30 of the them in the last month.

Polictal Robocall. I know the election is tommorrow but these calls today are driving me crazy.  I have received 5 calls this morning from various political candidates.  This was just another of them. Called them back and left a message telling them to place me on their Do Not Call List.

Keeps on calling every 10 minutes and no one answers and then the sound of a busy signal.  I called back the number and it asked me to leave a mesage or something.  

It shows up on my caller Id as "800 Service, 1-877-218-5230"

This is driving me crazy.  Thanks for your help!

877-218-5230 is bugging me too! I am hoping for a call concerning a job op and all I get all day is this call and no one speaks! Ughhhh!!!! Leave me alone!

Calls every couple of minutes. I called the number and got a voicemail.

received call and when answered, no one answered and eventually hung up.  I called and left a message to not call again or I would call the State Attorney General's Office.  called back about 5 minutes later.  This time I blocked the telephone number, so no more harassing phone calls.

Have received many, many calls from this number.  As with other ppl who have posted, the calls start at about 11am and go non-stop until about 6pm.  The calls come in about every 20 minutes for an hour, then let up for an hour and two, then re-start.  We live in Texas so I guess the calls go everywhere.

This number called & before I could pick up my fax kicked in. All I herd was hello my name is Mary & that fax sound.  So I tryed calling & they do not answer it is just a machine saying I have to leave a message ?  Who are these people.  I'm suppose to have an unlisted number.  Crapola !!

Robo call from a sheriff here in Maine asking me to support a Republican candidate.  11/3/08

I answer and there is NOTHING on the other end.  I am SOO SICK of these phone calls!!!!

I got one telling me not to believe that NY Senator Joe Robach had sex with his administrative aide and that her husband, a local cop didn't beat him up and then have him sit naked until Robach's wife picked him up. They said the rumor about the National Enquirer FOILing the local county sheriff's office were untrue...except I DID see the FOIL request on a blog.  I wish they would leave me alone.  If a guy wants to cheat on his wife like that, he'll get his in the end.

Three calls in 22 MINUTES just today!!
