Actually the number they were using here was xxx9647, but the message was the same.  The problem is this is a business number.  They called 2or 3 times a day, an automated call so they never identified who they wanted or for what reason.  I finally called them back and they are supposed to remove this number from their database.  We will see.  I have my doubts.

calls twice a day and is anoying

These people call every day and hang up when I answer the phone!  So, I quit answering the phone!  I am not calling them back - they don't leave a message - it's just annoying me - ringing my cell phone and hanging up!

my son in another state got a call for me from this fma or sma alliance company, we couldn't understand the caller but when I called the number that showed up on the caller ID, I got a lady that said she needed my social security number to verify that I was who I said I was, I repeated several times to three different people that I needed to know who they were and what they wanted, they refused to tell me unless I gave them my ssn, then she hung up on me.

I get calls every day from these people. When I answer there is no one there. This is harassment and illegal.
Finally, I called back and it was FMA alliance. Very pushy, rude and overly personal with their questions. Very ignorant, obviously uneducated, unprofessional people at the call center there.

I just got off the phpone with our local TV investigation team and forwarded them this website and the information above.  They said this is "likely a do-able story"  HA I bet it is....These people ought to be identified and made public.  Their faces, names, locations, and the [***] they are pulling on innocent people.  What a bunch of LOSERS!!!

Keeps leaving a message saying important information for adult member of the household and to call 877-251-9648.  I have called them to find out they are a collection agency, looking for someone whom I am not acquainted with.  I informed them that they had a wrong number, and to please stop phoning me.  Well, I still get the calls--and they aren't even for me!

Call is for the "adult consumer of the household"

I keep getting messages asking for the adult consumer of the household...attempt to collect debt.  I've called and talked to seven different people; including a supervisor and senior officer.  Each one says that my number is not in the system and shouldn't be getting calls; then tell me that I've been added to the do not call.  This has been going on for weeks.  I don't know how to stop them.....

I also get calls on my cell phone 1-2 times every day.  The other day I went out of town and left my cell at home, when I got back I had 10 messages from them "this is FMA Alliance..."  I would also love to know how to stop them.  This is insane, especially since it's my cell phone and it costs me money when they call.  Does anybody know if there is a way to block a specific number from calling your cell phone?

I continue to get calls from them but they have no information regarding the loan. I am paying for the loan monthly through the people I took it out with. I have done some serious research and my loan has not been sent to them. Several times I asked them to stop calling. They have called both my jobs and my family. They have upset me and everyone around me. I complained to the FTC just because I don't know whereelse to go. When this morning, Loranne called me from FMA and yelled at me again, I just couldn't take it anymore. I know my rights, they are not allowed to be doing this. Now, not only am I worried my credit is being ruined I am being harrassed by a company who called me 16 times in three hours and cuses at my daily. I don't know what else to do, they can't answer my questions, therefore I will not pay them. So what, ruin my credit, Im not paying two different people for one loan.
