We have received several calls from this number 877-278-5268. Barker Healey & Assoicates. I asked them to put me on their do not call list. Which they are required to do so by law. I was told exactly this." We don't do do not call lists." The rude woman would not give her name. Then hung up. I called back and asked if I could talk to a paralegal or someone who could give me info? A case number? File number? All I got was you bess pay your bill! What bill?? These people are a joke... I have an attorney. No pending checks. I now will report them to the FCC. Ask questions if they do keep calling. Maybe we all can get enough information to stop horrible people such as this.....

Don't give them any money.  This thing really seems like a scam.  If they have taken money from you or your credit card information, I would call the police and file a report.

This is a scam. They are trying to get money out of you. Do NOT give them any personal information. They used to go by william anderson and associates. They also use 888-543-8745. I called them back. They use my moms phone number. Looking for my step son. They had my step sons name and birth date, my name and social security number, and my daughters address. After getting off the phone with them, I did some investigating. This is a recent scam (the past few months).  Do Not send them any money. Call the FBI Fraud alert number. Turn it in. Maybe if they get enough calls, it will become national news and hopefully get them stopped. They also use the name John Anderson. They get irate and threatening when they do not get the response they want. I placed fraud alerts on my credit reports, just to be safe.

I was also called by this number saying their was a warned out for my arrest. the number on my caller id was 000-000-0000 and thenumber on the message was 877-278-5268. They told if i paid with credit card over the phone that all charges where gonna be drop and no warned out for my arrest will be made the amount they ask for was $2,380. i did when off on her or him his or her name was pat.

I got the same thing but for more. I went down and filled a police repot and called my banks and all the credit repot agencies regarding this.

I got the exact same call!!!!  This is ridiculous!!

I was called at the office by this number 877-278-5268  Mr. Daniel Watts saying I was served and asked me to call back. I left my phone number before I googled the number and realized this is spam.

These people sound like criminal scammers.  What a nitwit this guy is -- saying you've been served over the phone.  What a joke!

Have been receiving robo-calls to my cell phone (violation of the TPA) claiming the same "I have important paperwork to serve you with". When you call the number they leave (this 877 number) you get an answering message claiming Barker Healey and Associates Law Offices.

Reverse lookup finds no entry, so I'm guessing they spoof the phone number.

DO not pay them. Tell them that you spoke with law enforcment and that they have requested them to contact them directly.

I Have called several different times a day and No response. I'm reporting them to Attorney General Offices. I suggest everyone to do the same. I'm on the No Call List.The messages states they will deliver papers to my home or place of employment. DANIEL WATTS

Just received a call for the second day really disturbing to me. They have all of my information. I have had payday loans in the past. Never heard of the place he said I owed something for .

I have got the same phone calls, and it was the same people, they told me the something that they have told everyone else. I asked for the names of the places I was suppose to owe they said some places then said I owed 4000.00 which I knew wasn't true. So my best friend is a lawyer and they were there when they called back I gave her the phone to talk to them, they hung up. We have reported them to all agency's. I hope they catch these people and they go to Jail. Please don't fall for this scam.

I received the same call and my wife is a paralegal.  She stated they can't serve by phone-THIS IS ILLEGAL!  She advised me to tell everyone to file a complaint with your State Attorney General's Consumer Protection division.  In the State of Washington, where she interned, the department investigates fraudulent actions by collection agencies.  If the State gets enough complaints, they will take legal action on behalf of the victims against the company.  DO NOT PAY ANYTHING!  Call your Attorney General's Office.

I received the same call but at work. The faxed some information over wanting the name of my sup n the layout of my office building. DO Not give them info let ur coworkers know of this scam. Also if pple do come to serve just say hold on i need to contact my attorney.

I got this same message at work this morning.  It's the same type of message I've received from several other "legal department"s and "director of claims processing" and whoever claiming that they're going to serve me papers at home or my place of business.  They always stop calling when I track down an address and send them a debt validation letter, then a new one starts.  This is the 12th scam group trying to do this since December.  They'll never say what it's for, but if you send money they'll stop the "proceedings" against you.  Total Dirtbag Scam Artists! 206-777-1016 refers to 877-278-5268.

Received the same call from Danial Watts and called Barker, Healy and Associates and told them all my loans were current and paid off and they hung up on. I called back asking them if they wanted to see my paid in full paperwork and the guy told me to shut the f up. If someone from any company talks to you like this then they should not be taken seriously. Please report to the FTC if they call you so we can get this company shut down. Also report to you local Attorney General.
