Junk fax advertising some bogus healthcare rates.  Surprise, surprise no company info is listed just a removal number 866-205-8456, which does not work.

Same as first message.  Removal number 866-209-0789 does not work either.

Contacted the company at 877-290-9007 and asked to be removed.  Gentleman said it would take seven to 10 days.

How do these companies bypass the Junk Fax Blocker???

Another fax from these scumbags, but this time I better hurry because "open enrollment deadline is August 21st" LOL!  There is also a totally bogus disclaimer at the bottom that says "This flyer has been send in response to a recent company inquiry.  It is for informational purposes only.  All informational flyers are sent to recipients based on a recent inquiry, an opt-in list, or an existing relationship between NWC Inc. or an affiliate."  What a joke that is; no one opts into this garbage!

Pretty much the same garbage here as everybody above. Except a new removed permanently #888-675-3350. We received this @#$^ because of a recent inquiry. I know that is a "LIE" I am the only one here and I promise you I know I have made no inquiries. I tried the remove number I guess I will see how well it works!

I got a call on my cell phone from a Private Number, this is the number he told me to call back, stated  he is a process server and in my area, if I didn't call him back today he would come to my work.

I just got a call from a blocked number and they left a vm telling me they are a legal outsourcing dept and a claim was filed against me that i have not responded to.  they were coming to my home or work and i was ALLOWED to have legal representation.  dont know who these people are but since no one has served me any papers, I'm not going to worry about it.

I also recieved a call, except they called my fathers house, I havent lived there in years, said something about stopping a warrant for my arrest.  I called the number and someone just aswered "hello" so I hung up, all I wanted to hear was a company name so I knew who they were.  They called my cell back 'Restricted' I had my wife answer, she told them she didn't call and maybe one of our kids did, and the dude called her a liar and said have a nice day and hung up on her.

Who are these people they called me about a payday loan that has been paid if it was monies is owed well were was the invoice. Iam ready to call the FCC on these people. Are they a collection agency? Or the real deal?

Received a restricted call with some guy stating he was a private courier needing to serve me with some papers I refused to give him info so gave me this number to call back, lady answers the phone and says law office. When asked the name of the office or the case info she said she wasn't allowed to give out that info. I just hung up the phone.

I got a call from this number tonite saying they were looking for my daughter for a payday loan. I continued to ask questions and the woman informed me that she was an officer. Well, I'm a police officer here in Texas and am going to call back tomorrow so that I can get her badge number and agency in New York! Right! They are a bogus company or residence or something! Either way, I'll have my fun with them tomorrow if I can get her to answer her phone.

Ever since I started paying off my debts, checking my credit report, I've been geting calls from people who want ot scam me. They'll tell you you owe money but won;t say to whom. Then they want you give them your personal information and pay them over the phone to avoid "legal proceedings". Please report them to you DA.

I got a call from this number at work today. My boss called me at home because she was concerned. A woman named Cynthia Neal  ext 308 was who she spoke to. She did give my boss a case number. Threatened my boss to come to my place of work to serve me papers and they were in the area. I must say that I am concerned about this. What does confuse me is that I have no idea what the debt is owed and why they are contacting me only at work. They have never called me personally, I have no letters or emails. I have zero communication or information as to what this is about. I have filed a BBB complaint after reading several comments regarding this online. I see that it is a collection company that pays a lawyer to use the names. I also found online that this number was used in other scams as well. I'm ready to report to the FCC also. The practices must be illegal. These people are bullies. I'm trying to take care of my debts and this is how they are to people trying to get their finances on track.

got THIRTEEN calls in a row from a restircted number....a man named Jonathan McCoy then finally left me a voice mail stating he stopped at my residence to obtain a signature yesterday and will be stoppign mby my place of employement within the hour for me to sign an affidavit and it is required my manager be available to sign also. Then said I can call back to 877-290-9007. FIRST opff no one was at my home becaue my husband was there all day yesterday SECOND no one ever shopwed up at my place of work then stated I could .  Calling verizon wireless to block unknown/resticted numbers from calling me and filing complaints with BBB FCC and Atty General.

I received the same message and the same person and nothing either and no one on the other end can answer any questions.

Received a very threatening call saying I would be served at my job.

I have call from a Mr.Rice stated that I owe a debt, which I was familiar with the debt I owe. He was rude and annoying and threating to me that he will have someone come to my job or residence to serve you papers. I am not sure this place is accredited because they are very un-professional.

Rec'd two calls within 10 minutes of one another from 716-961-4230.  Left a recorded voice mail message to call Mr. Boston at 877-290-9007.  Going out to my Verizon account right now and blocking the number that called.  Its getting close to Christmas and these losers want some spending money.  Not going to call them back.  They can rot in he!!.

They have been harassing my daughter too! Tell me they're going to revoke her drivers license, serve her papers, even have her drivers license revoked! Funny they have no paperwork! They will tell you they do but can't ever send it! I'm calling the DA today! I've had enough of this crap!
