FMR is a well known debt scammer.  The FDCPA allows calls from 8 am to 9 pm your time.  There are no days they are not allowed to call, and there is no "certain amount" of calls specified.  Harassing is up to the judge to determine.

they leave no answer just " this message is for"  .. and hang up

When I answered, a recording said "This is a call for [bad pronunciation of my first and last name] with important information. If this is not you, please hang up." The recording sounded sketchy so I hung up. While I was on the line, they did not identify themselves.

This is a scam don't know why the Government  hasn't done any  thing to stop these people  from harassing us. They are so annoying

They call and no one is there. I have blocked this number many times. How to they “ unblock” themselves!?

I received a call today.  When I answered, they hung up.  Called them back.  "The business office" is how they answered the phone.  Found out they take care of 17 different business entities.  Said I was late on a hospital bill.  Interesting....

This number has called a phone a few times now. They have left a message for someone I have never heard of and the second time they just asked that I call them back. PLEASE REPORT THESE PHONE CALLS.

 Dont have a clue who they are but they said I owe them $105.00....they never said their name.

Said they’re collecting a bill from hospital. Problem is I don’t have any outstanding bill. I called the number back and a woman talked over me to sell some kind of health promotion. They’ve called me A LOT
