They called my dad looking for my EXhusband claiming there were federal fraud charges pending on him and that I was going to be included as well as my dad because we are listed as references to a Pakastani comoany called CashNet..

They are fishing for information...

have called me 3 times already and won't stop!

Today they have called me from the 281-668-7967, Mr. Moses told me they were putting a charge through on my account, for something that is not my debt. Funny yesterday they said they were from NY and this number is a land line in Texas... BTW I canceled all my credit and bank cards, since when I called the bank they had been 'testing' by getting authorizations for $0 to see if it was good. GOOD LUCK when they try to put it trough and the card info they had is now invalid LOL

A bunch of a**holes who are trying to get money from you. You don't own any dept, you don't have anything to do with them, they just call even after you tell them many times to stop calling or to send you proof.

Report them to the FBI tip page as extortionists and hopefully they'll have enough people complaining about them that they actually do something.

Report them to the FTC, BBB, General Attorney, FBI and Local Police Department. It's worth it, they should be stopped and jailed.

They don't ever send any written proof, they have nothing on you, they know information but nothing about them is legitimate.

This guy call me saying that i will b arrested for not paying an online loan he was asking for credit card# so he can withdraw money from my account this isjust another scam

I recieved a call stating that I wrote a bad check on line for a pay day a loan and that I committed fraud I laughed because I have not had a pay day loan and I am a police Officer and if i had a federal case open I would be a first to know. Then the guy hung up and left me a nasty voicemail talking about you can keep playing games and laughing cause you will have to play games and laugh in front of a judge and I hope you have a good lawyer. I was like dummy stop calling.
