UnitedHealthCare is not sharing your private information with OptumRx because they have that info when you signed up for prescription coverage as part of your health insurance benefit. If you get ANY prescription at all, even through your local pharmacy it is OptumRx that the coverage claim is sent to. Look on your healthcare insurance card. You will see Optum Rx logo as the provider of your prescription coverage.

I do have UHC and I am aware that OptumRx is my mail order pharmacy option - which I don't use. If I hadn't 'Googled' the phone number from all the annoying phone calls I've been getting I never would have known they were coming from OptumRx. I don't answer calls I can't identify through Caller ID (only their number shows up). I'm on Medicare and using mail order is a good idea if I approach the 'donut' - but with this type of customer 'dis-service'  I'm not exactly confident they have their employees focused on what is important.

I don't have this health care ore prescription plan and don't want it. Am on the do not call list but that doesn't stop them. They don't use my name but are more than annoying.

Two more voice mails that cost me from an insurance company I don't know and a pushy prescription company that they have and I have NO PRESCIPTIONS and never would with them.
Finally got someone on the phone to say I am on the do not call list. FRAUD!!!!

I said NO and they keep calling.

These jerks from UHC call every couple weeks.  Some of the times, on a flippin' Saturday!

Optum-RX is a subsidiary of United Health Care.  They have been aggressively calling me these few weeks.  Google Optum-RX to check out some of their substandard business practices.

I do not accept calls from unknown numbers.  Ask yourself this question:  If this is a legitimate company why does the caller ID show 800 service instead of the actual name of the company.  BLOCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called asking for my husband saying he was called from Optum RX after asking if I could take a message he stated he was calling from Optum RX on behalf of Jeld Wen Windows. I asked him who he was calling from Optum RX or Jeld Wen. I asked him if he knew what those two companies were. I then asked what the hell Optum RX had to do with windows. He eventually hung up. I am an Optum customer. I think this was spoofing the optum phone number. I called Optum and they verified that this is not them. Do not give any information
