Charter Communication-  I have already told them that: #1 they have the wrong person and #2 we do not have Charter in our area  & if we did aT thiks point I woul NEVER use them because they can't seem to correct their errors.

This is NOT Charter Communications, but they tell you that's who is calling. I have never been a Charter customer. The number called every hour. I had to block it to get some sleep.

they started calling awhile back, after understanding that they are trying to reach a charter user whose name isn't me, I blocked the number. it went quiet for awhile and they recently started calling again, I called back stating that I have this number for years and the person they are looking for is not me. note that I never had charter account before. the customer service person said unless I visit a charter store proving that im the owner of this number they can't do anything about it and she recommends that I keep blocking this number.

well, unless you can prove that this number belongs to one of your users, STOP CALLING. what a waste of people's time.

I get it that it may be them, but they don't need to call over and over and over again... they can leave a message and when I am ready to deal with them I will. I am not overdue on a payment as its not due til the 17th!

Calls my phone daily... Ive told them that the person they are calling for does not have this phone anymore and the person told me that i would have to try and block this number because they will keep calling my phone because the person who had number before me has not changed it in their records.... Unbelievable

Frankly that is a load of BS.  What you need to do is to send them a certified, return receipt letter telling them to stop calling you.  Keep track of each time the call you before and after receiving the letter, then sue them for a TCPA violation.

4 f-ing times in as many hours. I'm cancelling my charter service. I don't recall signing up for a hundred dollar a month bill for crappy tv programming and harassment! These f-ing d-bags should be made to pay me for constantly disrupting my life! I'd like to meet the ceo of charter an kick him in the balls!

I was at work and they called me literally every 15 minutes for the 6 hours i was at work. I don't need 24 calls in one shift

UGH!

Called me at 8:17am and then again at 8:27am.  So annoying and they just raised my rate from $189 per month for bundled tv, home phone and internet to $219 per month.  Getting rid of them pronto.  They call like this every single month and into the next 24 hours after you pay your bill.  They suck it out of your account in seconds and it takes them about 36 hours to note it to your account....annoying.

It is most definitely charter! If someone named Rodney called you from this number, then he more than likely is a charter employee, using their phone line to make personal calls. Sketchy.

have received  calls from this number many calls at home and at work this is very frustrating being how I'm in law enforcement I'm turning this into a department for harassment  and to be look into further action

After checking this site, this number called again about 20 minutes after the first call!  Real person on the other end.  They asked for me by name and I responded, "Is this Charter?"  They hung up on me like the spam calls do when you accidentally answer a call from an unknown caller.  Needless to say, they are now on my blocked list. Can't be legit if they hang up on you when you call out their name.  They should want to talk to me, right?

Received 10 calls from this caller on 10/7/2014 without leaving a message. Called back the next day, and it took me to the Charter Comms. customer service line.

Called twice to my cell phone. First time they left a message. Second time, they hung up. I tried calling back and it was always busy.

Their message said my account is delinquent and I need to contact customer service.

1. I've never had an account with Charter or given them my cell phone number.

2. Therefore, I don't owe Charter any money.

5. I have blocked this number from my cell phone.

called 4 times in a damn day. 4th time i picked up and they thanked me for making a payment. suck a bag of dicks, charter.

Once a while I will receive strange phone call, which means I when I pick up the phone no one answer

How do you get rid of this number calling you all the time

Charter.  They start calling once your payment is past due.  They don;t stop calling until you pay your bill.  It is not customer service checking up on their crappy cable!
