Has called both my home line & cell # repeatedly.  (About 2-4 times per line each day for the past week) comes up "unknown" on my cell,  came up "charter" on my home line. But NEVER left any message. This is getting extremely annoying. If I'm late, say I'm late or just ask me to call back. If it's another reason they're calling,  let me know that too. Don't harass me like this.

they called me 4 times now most of the time morning when you start your day and dont answer... do i can sue them using my data?

We, unfortunately, have Internet service at home from Charter Communications. They absolutely are the most obnoxious company with which I have ever dealt. They call 5-6 times a day between 10:30 AM an 8:00 PM every day whenever I have a past due amount. Not when my service is close to a cutoff date; just overdue. This isn't counting regular calls wanting us to add cable and phone service, as if we aren't aware they offer such, or are too stupid to realize whether we want them or not.
I can't tell you how thrilled I will be when we are able to move to a location where there is any Internet service available other than Charter. What stuns me is that the management seems to believe this behavior actually is a positive thing in some way. It neither encourages customer loyalty, a desire for more services, or even, in my case, any urgency to pay my bill on time.

I regularly get calls from this number, sometimes with a voice mail left stating it is a "courtesy call" from Charter Communications. I don't know who is calling you from this number, but it absolutely is a Charter number.

i am in fact past due on my charter account and this number has been calling repeatedly but not leaving a message. I answered once and gave my standard greeting for  , "hello.  This is [my name]. Who is calling?" As is typical of boiler room auto-dialer calls, I heard only blank air on the other end as they waited for me to say hello second time. Instead, I said "it sounds like nobody is there goodbye." Of course, as I was hanging up I hear a person start to say whatever she said. However, there repeated calls without saying anything and without leaving a message are in violation of fair debt collection practices, at least in my state.

I recieved a call from this number and it is Charter. I need to pay my bill. I'm glad they called so my service didn't get turned off.

Confirmed Charter. Its still unacceptable for a company to call repeatedly without leaving a voicemail, regardless of the reason.

I know it's charter...I just block the number. Uncalled for calling that many times a day.

This is an annoying company.  Never heard of them.  Don't want to do business with them. Why are they calling on accounts 3 years old?

Left voice mail on my cell phone claiming they needed to speak to anyone in the household regarding an urgent message for information. Never identified themselves or their company. If this is Charter Communications per the messages left here: this company doesn't exist in our area, and I'd never heard of them before. Number has been blocked. Will see what happens.

It is collections.  It's computerized.  They will call every hour. Even after you pay it.  They continue to call until their system updates.

Just got a new phone and number, and every day calls are made to my phone from this number.  What the heck???
