- MatthewAbsurd! I'm late on one bill and am harassed day and night even after setting up a payment arrangement with Charter. Have received calls as early as 6:00am and as late as 10:15pm all against the law and after I've called and was told by multiple employees and a supervisor that the calls would stop. Load of crap!! Charter is the worst company ever and makes me miss Comcast, which is saying something. At least they owned up to their mistakes and offered compensation. Will be canceling service immediately.

I have never had any affiliation with Charter and after staying in a local hotel extended periods before moving here and experiencing the service they provide, I would NEVER consider contacting them.

- Anonymous replies to LeoDon't change your number, you'll more than likely get a recycled number. It will also get these calls. Get a call blocker or call blocker app. Start ignoring and blocking these jerks. Block any unknown caller that does not leave a message. Over time this should reduce the calls. Consider blocking all toll free area codes as well.
