    thank you so much for giving this tel no. 1-877-373-6363. My t-mobile rep. gave me 1-877-402-3687 and i called, just a recording. i dialed 1-877-373-6363 and i got a real person and she is send me a full refund. i have no idea about this charge. thank you so much again.

    I also was being charged 9.99 a month on two of my cell phones. I called verizon and they gave me a number, so I called it. He told me he could only refund me 19.95 of 50 dollars. I said no.... way... this is fraud and I will go after Verizon for not protecting me as a custumer. They were letting fraud happen to me and my family.

    The funny thing is I had just received a letter regarding fraudjulant charges going on peoples phone bills and If he didn't give me a complete refund I would contact the people whom I just received the letter from and he immediately refunded me all the charges that had been put on my phones. It happened to two out of three of our cell phones. One was solo and the other was a horoscope site. Which if I wanted my horoscope I would pick up the daily newspaper. I never received one horoscope message either.

    You have the right to every penny back. If they only offer you half then use the Class action lawsuit that is going on right now, due to all these theives getting rich off of our hard earned money!!!!!!

    Thanks for the "real" number! Have dealt with their text number and their answering machine phone number and got NO WHERE!  Called the number you listed - 1-877-373-6363.  I got a REAL person and didn't even have any hassle; I think they are figuring out they are WRONG WRONG WRONG! Solow - what an appropriate name for their company because that is how they conduct "business"!!!!

    I put in my cellphone number because they said on the internet that you could win a Walmart gift card. Realized later that it was for a subscription. I immediately texted them back and told them to cancel. They texted me back and said that no charges or messages would be sent to me. But 4 help to call 877-402-3687. I didn't call the 877 number.I have Roger's pay as you go. I think I have $89.00 left on my phone. Can this SoLow Elite Company charge me or continue to charge me. I just got my cellphone at Christmas and I'm new to this stuff.

Same thing happened to me, I didn't sign up at solow and then I received a message from them, when I checked my phone account its been charged to me already, I tried calling the number 8773736363 but no live agent, Tried cancelling it but Im not sure if its already cancelled, I also left a message but no one calls..I dont want to be charged again :-(

    i just called the what ever company (solow.com) AND got my refund back
    2 months 40$  CAD.
    i would rather go for a mcdonal, then having my 40 dollars charged for nothing.
    i talked the same ways as Helped by helper.
    begun just like this:

    This is a scam that theses cell phone companies come up with so that they make money. Really they find a way to send you a text message, then when you callo the cell provider there un aware of how to help you. It is unreal. I called this number  1-877-373-6363  I pressed 0 then 0 again until I heard a bit of static , then  a Philipino lady answered and I said cancel my account and i will be   contactiing:
    1. Contact the State Attourney General.
    2. File a fraud charge with the FCC through Verizon and
    3. Retain an attourney and take them to small claims court.

    This is a Company just using technology to rip you off. But remember the Cell Phone Compnay you use allows them on there network and they also make money while you are getting ripped off. It is done deliberatly buy each cell phone compnay to make extra money it is beyond me how they get away with this crap.

    If you do not foresee texting a service to receive ringtones, horoscopes, iq tests, jokes any of that crap, then call your cell carrier and ask the rep to block PREMIUM MESSAGES.  This will stop this and any future scams.

    I got hit by this number two months in a row and called Verizon.  Rep gave me credit on my account for $19.98 and put a block for all premium messages.

    I have T-Mobile, they took care of it for me right away. Your provider is supposed to be able to help you get this off your bill and receive no more messages.  Keep calling your provider until they help you.  Let your provider know right away about this, don't wait...that way they can take care of it.  This stuff is serious, they are doing nothing illegal and if you don't call your provider you will continue to be billed.  Tell your provider I don't want this it is a mistake, don't allow them on my bill.  You can get this stopped without having to pay for something you didn't realize you were getting into.

    I have got messages from your company and Rogers (my service provider) charges me for $10 (ten).
    When I called to this number, it was only voice mail (and I left the message, however I did not get response).
    Please stop calling me or sending any message as it is illegal. Besides, I got the message that our contract stopped (I did not sign any contract with your company, therefore the actions are illegal).

    I need refund for $10 and also refund for my time and dissatisfaction resulted from actions of the company with number 1877-402-3687.

    I called to my cell rep, it is Rogers in Canada (Toronto). I spoke with manager, and he told me that the cell provider cannot do anything with that (I cannot believe). So they did not solve the problem and still insist on charging me $10 for the unwanted messages this month.
    I believe it is time for me to find other cell provider.

    I wish that. The problem that in my providor (that is Rogers) they do not do anything about that. The manager (yes, I spoke with customer service rep first and then I was waiting for 30 min. on the phone before I was able to speak with manager in Rogers) told me that it is ME who has to call to that company named SendMe and settle the issue with them. Ridiculous.

    I wish my cell phone company acts the same. Mine is Rogers (it is in Canada) and it sucks! They do not refund anything and do not block premium messages at all. I am afraid to use cell phone already.

    Thank you for the phone number, it worked.I called after canceling the account (which I never asked for in the first place!) They said I will receive a refund for the initial $9.99 in three to four weeks. I don't know how these people get away with charging me for something I did not ask for, but thank you for the assistance!
