Since they can claim they never received the E mail, a better way to do it would have been to write out a letter and send it Certified Mail Return Receipt, then they would have had to sign for it and you would have proof that they got it in case you had to sue them.

I'll just ignore the calls if they keep calling I'm 18 and a high school student I'm very busy and don't have time to sue anyone unless I have too.

On most cell phones if you go to your call history, touch the number calling for a few seconds, an menu will appear.  One of the options will be to block.

do not know who these people are they never leave a message, do not want them calling anymore.

They have been calling me multiple times all hours of the day.  Not leaving message.  I blocked them.

I want these people to quit calling me. They call 4 times a day, even on sundays,I am tired of it.

I get calls from this company several times a week and usually very early in the AM.  One time I answered it and it was just silence.  So I now have them directly fwd to voice mail and the company never leaves a voice mail.  It's the best I can do.

It's Midland Credit Management, they collect debt. I'm 18 and don't owe money to anyone and they keep calling me.

I am tired of these people calling to my cell. They do  not leave any message, and I will not answer either. I call them from another telephone and it is a collection office. I do not owe anything, to anyone!!!!!. Can someone help???

The next time they call, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested, instructing them to stop robo-dialing your cell phone which is a violation of the TCPA. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get it for you and will be filing a lawsuit against them.

I continue to receive calls from this number on my cell phone.  They call me while I'm at work looking form my son.  They said that my number was given to them as a person of trust that they could call for information.  They want is his number.  When I as what its regarding they tell me its personal an they can't tell me.  I've told them to quit calling me and if they can't tell me what its regarding I'm not giving out his number.  I have blocked this number and now receive calls from 888 222-4227.  I've block that too!  They will just continue to keep calling from anothe number.

See if there is a call-blocker application for your cell.  Also, do not pick up on numbers you do not recognize.

I just got 3 calls from them , but I never answer , if it is a collector agency they have no business calling me because I dont have debts, how I stop them?

I get this caller 877-411-5551 call 4 to 6 time a day on my cell.
Thank goodness I have the app Mr Number that hangs up on them but my phone will still half ring.
But you have the option for it to go to voice mail or Hang up. I perferd to hang up before they called and do not leave a message.

I also keep getting calls from this number, I don't answer to keep from being charged after the first time they were informed we were not associated with them.

SICK OF THESE PEOPLE.  CALL ALL THE TIME ASKING FOR SOMEONE NOT AT MY NUMBER.  I'VE TOLD THEM MANY TIMES AND THEY KEEP CALLING.   AND THEY HAVE SUCH THICK ACCENTS I CANNOT UNDERSTAND MOST OF THEM.
