    Do u realize Midland has people calling from India. This,is where the debt collectors from Midland call from. All non American.So why does Credit One send the debt collectors over seas.

    Midland is very much in this country, so the proper question is why does Midland have their call centers overseas, and the answer is that it is a lot cheaper.  Credit One has farmed this collection out to Midland and has no control over who calls or doesn't call.
    None of that is important however since Midland can be served in court proceedings and receives certified return receipt mail sent via the US Post Office.
