- Harry replies to Gray| 7 repliesMy grandpa fell for the scam and lost $1875. Prestige Resort Exchange is a fraud.
- Chris H. replies to Harry| 5 repliesI have dealt with this company, Prestige Resort Exchange, several times and I can say without a doubt that they are not a fraud. They have been nothing but helpful as far as selling my timeshares. I find it terrible that people post these things about a company they have never actually dealt with. As far as "Harry" is concerned; Did your grandfather ever really go through with the process? If he did I truly believe that he would have been surprised in a good way, just as I was.
- No such thing as... replies to deleted post| 2 repliesPrestige Resort Exchange doesn't exist except for being on the end of a telephone. They lie about where they are located. Every where they claim to have an office, they either have no presence or just a post office box. Please beware. This Consumer Rights Advocate is a phony too.

See: http://www.ncpw.gov/blog/money/hey-buddy-wanna-sell-a-timeshare?lang=en - Harry replies to Chris H.| 4 repliesAs soon as he signed the paperwork, which he thought was to close the deal, he actually found out he was signing paperwork to hire them to "market" the property. The offer "FELL THROUGH" and Prestige Resort Exchange stole his money. When he fought it with the credit card company, Prestige Resort Exchange produced the paperwork showing he had signed to hire them to market the property. It was all a scam. There was no offer and the property is still not sold. What a scam and liars. You take advantage of old people and steal from them by taking advantage of their trust.
- ^This guy used to work for this company^ replies to No such thing as...| 1 replySaying that Consumers Rights Advocates doesn't exist is like Microsoft doesn't exist. You can simply Google them and go to their website. Also, we are certain that the person who posted this is an ex-employee of this company and is clearly upset that they were let go. He was caught doing something that he should not of been doing and was fired. Haha. Sorry buddy, I know I said I would not tell on you, but you owe me money.
- ^Same angry guy^ replies to National Consumer Protection| 2 repliesThis post is from the same guy that posted the comments above. Go to the link he provided. It does NOT say anything about PRE. It does NOT say anything about PRE being a fraud. This guy is going off of people not actually clicking and reading the links. HAHA.
- ^Yep, same angry guy^ replies to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ALERT| 6 repliesThis guy is great! This post is NOT from the FTC. Again, click the link. It does NOT say anything about PRE or any of it's employees. Funny thing is. there is NOT ONE review on here from someone that actually has done business with this company. They're all from angry ex-employees.

- ^Same angry guy^ replies to Fraud alert.| 11 repliesPlease click the link above. It does not say one thing about a company named Prestige Resort Exchange. This is like saying the entire hedge fund business is a fraud because Bernie Madoff ripped people off. Or like saying all of MLB is corrupt because a small group up of people took steroids.
- Thinking about selling.... replies to National Consumer Protection| 1 replyHi everyone. I am thinking about selling my timeshare, and was just doing research. I'm not sure what to think about these posts. It seems like there is a lot of finger pointing and a lot of bickering. I've clicked the links provided and it was very informative, however it did not say anything about a company named Prestige Resort Exchange or any other timeshare company for that matter. A lot of the companies I have talked to have all said the same thing about fees for marketing and fees for selling, and I know my Wyndham one has transfer fees attached to it, so I guess I just have to continue doing my research.
- Carl H. replies to Harry| 3 repliesI have also dealt with this company, Prestige Resort Exchange. I signed up with them to sell my timeshare property. It is important to point out, I think, that they called me. The only complaint I have is that it took 90 days after I signed my paperwork to actually receive my check. I did, after many many phone calls get paid for my timeshare though. It was a process and a half, but they eventually did sell my timeshare.
- Your post is a hoax replies to Carl H.| 2 repliesTotal hoax scam fraud -- prestige resort exchange and companies like it are under investigation from the FTC. No joke. Check it out yourself. Google "Federal Trade Commission timeshare reseller" and look under "Selling a Timeshare" - If you follow their advice, you will soon stop dealing with Prestige Resort Exchange.
- ^Same Angry Guy^ replies to ^Same angry guy^| 1 replyJust read the FTC and NCPW.gov regarding this exact scam. They are following the script from earlier scams to a T. This is not a legitimate business. There are legitimate ways to sell a timeshare, and I assure you, this is not it.
