- Do not understand. replies to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ALERT| 3 repliesThanks for the post. I am a little confused though, because it does not say anything about a company by the name of Prestige Resort Exchange. In all honesty I have been thinking about selling my timeshare property and have been doing some research. The absolutely only place that I have read anything bad about this company is on here. I am not sure what that means, if anything.

- Wilfred replies to ^Same angry guy^The numbered list is exactly what happened to me. I can tell you if I had read the list here, I would have avoided a lot of pain.
- Do not understand. replies to exactly the same scamThanks for the post. I am a little confused though, because it does not say anything about a company by the name of Prestige Resort Exchange. In all honesty I have been thinking about selling my timeshare property and have been doing some research. The absolutely only place that I have read anything bad about this company is on here. - FraudWatch replies to Thinking about selling....This is a total FRAUD.
If you don't understand that, you'll lose your money to these scammers or ones like them sooner or later.
Or are you one of the fraudsters trying to sow seeds of doubt? - You are a fake^^^^ That is laughable replies to You are a fake^^^^What comes around goes around. I can't wait until I read on the FTC site that you have been caught. It is only a matter of time.
- You can only find things bad here? replies to Do not understand.| 2 repliesThen you have not read the FTC and Fed Cons Prot articles. The names may be different, that is not the point. The point is that they are running the exact same fraud. Read the articles and go through what Prestige Resort Exchange says and does on the phone. It is the identical fraud. There isn't even a special flavor or variation. It is one of the hottest forms of fraud in the country right now so these frauds are proliferating. Beware beware beware. If you lose your money now, it is your own fault for not paying attention to the Federal Trade Commission's warning and the warnings of many many others.
- USE THIS LIST TO AVOID BEING A VICTIM replies to Don't be a VictimThe time share resellers are not legitimate (Prestige Resort Exchange) when:
1) Not listed with Realtors of the state in which they do business (don't listen to their con artist lies about why they don't need it)
2) No one in the community they operate in knows anything about them (call the local chamber of the community they give you for their home business address)
3) The use fake reviews from non-existent people (google the reviewers, you can't find them)
4) They won't give you anything in writing until they have money from you
5) They want you to agree to everything on the phone
6) They won't give you guarantees for nonperformance in writing
7) They want you to sign their "marketing agreement" before they can give you any information
8) They are not part of their local chamber
9) No one in the real estate community where they claim to be operating knows who they are
10) They have an offer you for you with a down payment already in hand. - Still do not understand replies to You can only find things bad here?| 1 replyWell saying that is like saying that if one contractor rips you off then all contractors are fraud. Right? Even though they are different names and contractors, it does not matter, that is not the point. Right? They do the same kind of work, so that means the entire industry is corrupt. Right? I have a lawsuit pending against a contractor, that's why I am using that as an example.
- Understand this? replies to Still do not understandIf a ran into a scam that looked exactly like the last scam, I would be an idiot to fall for it again.
If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck it must be a "total fraud rip-off scam Prestige Resort Exchange criminal enterprise".
Thanks for your question. - Frank replies to You are a fake^^^^I thought you had a bid for me. I paid you for marketing?&^%*&^$??? You did no marketing!!!!! That is non-performance. You have no web site that is indexed with any search engine. You suck lie steal and I want my money back. You did not deliver the promised bid for my timeshare. Why did the bid fall through? I want my money back from Prestige Resort Exchange. They stole it from me. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
