It looks like I am not the only one that has been affected by your fraud attempts.  This is one of the reasons I love the internet.  The truth can get out.
I have been around timeshares enough to have seen the scams and legitimate ways of selling a timeshare.  The tough truth is that it is tough to sell a timeshare.  There is a GLUT of timeshares available that people want out of.  There are certain corporations that specialize in just helping you get out of them.  There is very little legitimate secondary market for timeshares and right now the Prestige Resort Exchange fraud is one of the most common types of elder fraud and general fraud in the last 18 months.  The only problem with Prestige Resort Exchange fraudsters, is the fed haven't caught up with them... yet!  But they will.

Gloria, St Joe replies to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ALERT
Thanks for the information.  I almost gave them my credit card number.  Then I read the FTC and called my attorney general.  The ag said that this is a very common current fraud practice and to not talk to them anymore.  I am glad that I did some research.  Thanks again.

Or that time share resellers are not legitimate when:
    1) Not listed with Realtors of the state in which they do business (don't listen to their con artist lies about why they don't need it)
    2) No one in the community they operate in knows anything about them (call the local chamber of the community they give you for their home business address)
    3) The use fake reviews from non-existent people (google the reviewers, you can't find them)
    4) They won't give you anything in writing until they have money from you
    5) They want you to agree to everything on the phone
    6) They won't give you guarantees for nonperformance in writing
    7) They want you to sign their "marketing agreement" before they can give you any information
    8) They are not part of their local chamber
    9) No one in the real estate community where they claim to be operating knows who they are
    10) They have an offer you for you with a down payment already in hand.

My post is not a hoax or scam or anything of that nature. I have dealt with them and it did go through. I also did contact the FTC after reading the information on the web page that the link provided. The lady told me in a very straightforward matter of fact manner that they are in fact investigating fraud for everything from timeshares to banking. Point being, they did not say anything at all about a company by the name of Prestige Resort Exchange, did not. I honestly believe that you are a hoax and you have a grudge against someone at that company for whatever reason, because I have read several posts about angry ex-employees, so I am assuming they are about you.

You are a fake^^^^ replies to Who are you?
The person posting the above comments IS an ex-employee of several timeshare resale companies. You can continue to post things, but you and a I know the truth. You are a fake, you are trying to fraud people into believing that you actually dealt with that company when the truth is you and your girlfriend are trying to set up a timeshare scam yourselves. No one from PRE has ever scammed anyone, and for the people that haven't dealt with them and are angry about being contacted, that doesn't mean something is a scam, it means that you are an idiot.

HAHA! The same angry ex-employee guy stole my name on here and is now posting bogus reviews, yet again. LMAO. So funny. I find it sooo funny that a person without a job, because they were fired from their old one, is online posting angry comments about their ex-employers instead of out looking for a new job to pay back their ex-girlfriend, who they cheated on with a fat girl. Sorry "Joe". HAHAHAHA

Okay, First of all, you posting LMAO would make absolutely no respectable person with a brain in their head want to listen to anything you have to say. Secondly, have any of you even worked with the company and went through the process with this company, to actually see if the property sells? So because you answer a phone and listen to someone explain to you the process and you dont even sign up with them, but you know everything? So i go to a restaurant, look at their menu, and walk out complaining the food sucks when i didnt even eat anything from there, let alone give it a chance. Does that make sense? Didnt think so. So because you cant afford to sell your timeshare, you become disgruntled because YOUR FAT GIRL cheated on you because your broke and all you have time to do is post childish things on the internet. In the court system, we call that SLANDER! If you have problems why dont you contact me at my personal email. roundhandjon@gmail.com. i dont need to post anonymously because im not scared to back up what i say.

Again, i am replying to one of the genius things that "angry guy" has to say online. You've taken the time to research all of this and you know its all true? Looks like you should have been a private investigator because you win at everything that has to do with you breathing, and spamming this website with the same comment over and over again. You should open an agency and investigate your neighbors for living in their homes and driving cars they own because that's as logical as everything you've said thus far. You make Charlie Sheen look like a loser with how much you win. Again, email me with a legit reason with why all of what you say has merit. THANKS!

Not only is the FTC and Federal Consumer Protection Agency wanting to find you fraudsters -- I received another link to a new article today.  AGs from several states are looking for frauds like you.  You are worms who hide behind fake mailboxes and have phone banks in other states.  This is boiler room phone fraud, mail fraud, elder scam.  If you have not already spent time in jail, it will happen soon enough.  Your type of fraud is being actively sought out.  It is only a matter of tim.

Prestige Resort Exchange is not in that article.  But I know for a fact that there are investigators pursuing Prestige Resort Exchange's EXACT same fraud.

Thanks for the post. I am a little confused though, because it does not say anything about a company by the name of Prestige Resort Exchange. In all honesty I have been thinking about selling my timeshare property and have been doing some research. The absolutely only place that I have read anything bad about this company is on here. I am not sure what that means, if anything.
