- mcThis is truly a "broom closet" operation run by children. They have scripts to read to you and hang up when asked a question. They did business in my state without a license, did not identify the company and lied , therefore the AG in my state is filing suit against them. They also use the name"Insurance Adjusters In MO" Complete frauds. They all could use some training especially on federal laws--but-- at $8.00 per hour, nobody really expects much !!!!

- Shane replies to aI just talked to someone from this agency who has been calling for months for someone who doesn't live here and hasn't in over 2 years. I politely asked for his company information so I could report it to the state attorney general's office. He gave me the company name and the street address (but no city and state), then said that all we had to do was tell them to stop calling. I said "so what's the purpose of option 3 which says that the person doesn't live here anymore if you're going to keep calling" to which he didn't really have an answer. Under the laws in my state, if they call again, they will be fined 10,000 dollars.
- earl| 1 replyI think this outfit went belly-up. Probably owing a bunch of people a lot of money. Isn't that ironic ? To the smartass kid,I mean employee
daggin that monitored this site----KARMA-------- jerk- Call type: Debt collector
- me2| 4 repliesThe fact is is that collection agencies are required by law to state that they are attempting to collect a debt. They are also required by law to identify who they are if asked.
On the flipside of this, if they call and leave you a message stating that they are attempting to collect a debt, that is also illegal because it's 3rd party disclosure. How can they be sure that YOU and ONLY you are the one who gets those messages? What if you are living with your parents or another relative is living with you? Most of these people don't follow the laws.- Caller: CACI
- joe replies to daggin| 3 repliesHey "daggin" you wouldn't happen to work for this company would you? You seem awfully supportive.
- in the biz replies to me2| 3 repliestoo bad the law allows that messege as long as the intended recepient is definec prior to the disclosure of the debt. Something like "messege for john smith, if this is not john smith hangup or disconnect now......repeat.....john this is an attemp to collect a" and so-on. In the event a call goes to the wrong number or "happens to go to a know relative/residence" the recipient IS advised to hang up before info is disclosed. Sue your mom who violated your privacy/broke the law listening to your messege, cause you can't get the collection agency on this one.
- yoyo replies to in the biz| 2 repliesYes he can !!
- stellakeep asking for Frank Riley,Have pushed #2 letting them know I am not ten they tell me to give a message or call this # how can I do so If I'm not him and I don't know who he is. When i forst answer they tell me to hold for a message if I am Frank so I hang up and they still call.
- TiredOfJunkCallsrang my cell a few minutes ago; I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, so I let it go to voice mail, but they didn't leave a message.
- The Fact replies to SWWDoes not apply in this case. "no call list " is not for dbet collectors.
- The Fact replies to joe| 2 repliesYes Joe. They do in fact work for CACI. Unfortunately they are correct that it is illegal not to mention emberrassing ( for the debtor) to disclose personal info regarding such a call. However by law they do have to disclose the company they work for if they are asked. To those of wondering about this. Record the calls. Save them up and then have a field day in court. happy hunting!
- The Fact replies to earlEarl, they are still in business. For how long is anybody's guess. Seems the lack of training and the actions or be it, NON ACTION, of owners will catch up to them soon enough. It is unfortunate that some people see dollar signs rather than common sense. The almighty dollar and the search there of will always be the damning party to a company such as this.
- The Fact replies to yoyo| 1 replyAs usual YO YO you are poorly mis informed again MISS ATTORNEY! Sure there may be an attempt to go to court over ti but unfortunately for the debtor this message was constructed to "protect" the agency. Now sure, they may get lucky and the agency just agree to settle out of court but it's a big if. One not likely to happen.

- yoyo replies to The FactNo, I am not incorrect. Those types of recorded(automated) phone calls are ILLEGAL. Just watch in June 2010 and you will see-watch real closely, listen intently, observe what a court of law can do.
Thanks for your concern but I do not need any guidance on this subject. - IN THE DARKI have received several calls from this number for my mother. They want me to fax them my power of attorney and won't even tell me their name or what the call is regarding. I finally tried checking the number on google search and I guess they are some kind of collection agency. My mother is in a nursing home and has no assets and I took over managing her finances five years ago and have cleaned up a lot of messes. I'm sure that I would already have heard someting on this before now. I have now listed this nember on my caller id as "PEST" and I won't be answering any more phone calls that come up with that on the caller id.
- KnowYouCanFightBackAllot of stipulations are added to debt collectors and please know all it takes is one slip on the debt collectors side and you can sue them more often for more than what debt was owed. If they shame, get aggressive, say any foul language, if they do not tell you who they are, say they are an attorney, threaten to damage you're credit, threaten to repossesses any of you're property, will not tell you the address in which they are calling, if they don't send you anything in writing with in the first seven days of the first phone call, many more check them out at any site showing what's in the Fair Credit Act. More often than not an attorney will be more than pleased to help you sue them. Go ahead and look around online for an attorney that looks great to you and give them a call. Turn you're misfortune in to fortune and remember to smile, just because you owe some money doesn't mean you are a bad person. You may have had you're rights violated and did not know it so fight back. A totally different debt collector made this mistake with me and I am already loving that debt collectors mistake, now these guys came around and decided to unlawfully harass me. Don't get bullied any more stand up to the collector and instead of you pay them have them pay you get and attorney and sue!!!!!!
