Nasty telemarketer. Calls 2 to 3 times a day, every day. I see above that this is Sirius radio. Glad I didn't renew my subscription. Now I'll never do business with them again. Fortunately, I have a call blocker that's dead silent -- the only indication that they've called is my "recent" call log and history.

In the case of SiriusXM, if you have done business with them, they can call I think its once. But you may wish to send a certified, return receipt mail via USPS and tell them to cease & desist calling your number.  If they do not, then you can go after them. There are many threads here on this company, apparently they are die hard's and do not honor the DNC when told to stop from what I have read.  And yes, there are laws, the TCPA..

The DNC isn't a call blocker though and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said.    They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.  Though it should be easy with this one, also file a complaint on their BBB page if they have one which should prevail a address for them also!

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

This is good to know as Sirius came with my SUV. I can''t believe that people would sign up to pay a few hundred bucks to listen to radio!

They keep calling my son who is 10 yrs old they haven't gotten the hint that he doesn't have a car. When we told him he's not interested she asked for personal information. She sounded like a computer.

Yep, Sirrius.  bought a new car in September and the service is about to expire.  I just blocked them.  You are all right, they are horrible once they get your number.  I had it on my old car and you have to call them to cancel them if you are dumb like I was and decided to keep it for awhile.  They are probably still haunting the poor soul who has my old cell number.

It is confirmed as Sirius XM radio sales calls. Although they do not leave a message, you can call back and be placed on their do not call list. I have not received a call since.

Do you have cable ... You pay a few hundred bucks for tv. Some people prefer music.
