someone from 877 466 3200 left an abrupt message stating it was urgent that I call back about my vehicle. I called back and it's a very unprofessional sounding man saying "someone will be with you shortly," and then it just disconnects the call.  Whatever this company is, they are not very intelligent or skilled, not quite sure the purpose or how they get by.

These idiots are punks. They swear at you the minute you tell them they are a scam. They are pinheads who only have the guts to call names while hiding behind the phone. I've reported them to our States attorney office.

I actually have a warranty from them and they have payed for my claims.

I have an extended service plan from Dealer Services for both of my vehicles and I've used the policy a couple of times and the only thing I came out of pocket was a 100 dollar deductible..

I had a message on my home phone asking me to call this number (877-477-3200) and use a reference number.  It was related to my car.  I was unsure if I should call back, but they had my name and vehicle type so I was curious.  I called them back and the person that answered was 'Tyler Durdin'.  Like in the movie Fight Club.  I just said I had the wrong number and hung up the phone.  I should have googled the number first.  This does seem fishy and I recommend anyone that receives this call to ignore it.

Just check with your vehicle dealer or who ever you got the vehicle from. I know when I bought my vehicle I signed a disclosure saying they would not give out my information. The lady at my dealer said they will run vin numbers of people vehicles. And if you notice they dont know your milage all they now is what year you got it and some times that is incorrect. They will try to fish info out of you. Tell them nothing, no milage, no work thats been done, if they really go thru the person you purchased it from the would not have to ask you so many questions. The person I spoke with I turned the table. He was being rude enough I got mad and started cussing. So Inturn the info i got was: He was from dealer services (bs). His name was Anthony Himeras, located in southern california. The phone # he gave was 1-877-466-3200, caller id said 1-732-807-5611. Its time to call the better buisnes beuro. they want to sell exstended warrenties.

I just graduated college so this was scary.  When I got home from work my grandma told me that this lady had called about 'the vehical'... I don't own the car I drive now, (My grandpa does)  I've never owned a car in my life... When I called back Michael answered the phone and said that the call was about some Honda?!?

They called my home phone and had my full name but did not leave any information about my vehicle, since my new car was totaled 30 days after I got it I was wondering what they wanted to give me coverage on. It makes me mad that they would even have access to my home phone number because I never give that number out! Plus they should get there facts straight if they know I bought a new car 6 months ago shouldn't they also know it was totaled five months ago? I think I will call them back and see what type of coverage they can give me on my bicycle!

I wonder if anyone knows how these people get information on when and what we are buying? How do they get phone numbers that I never gave out when purchasing my car? I sure hope its not the auto dealerships selling this information in exchange for a profit!

I received a call from that number and ask me about a car that I no longer have,they said they were from a dealer services ask how many mileage are in my sequoia which I don't have anymore. Told him that I trade it in 2010 for a venza he saunded like I owed something to him. To me this is a big scam so please check this people out

Received a call from "Lisa Garcia" regarding my car. They got the make and year right. Also gave me a reference number. Googled this number and saw all these comments!!

Caller ID showed Dealer Service. When I didn't answer the guys says call him back at 877-466-3200. And also gave me a reference number. How stupid do these jerks think people are? Oh well.....

My wife received a call from this number asking for me. He left a reference #. I googled the number to find out what company before calling back and found these posts. I won't be bothering to call him back. Thank you for your posts.

Just received a call from a heavy accent female named "Lisa" from "Dealer Service" regarding my car from my home phone.  Like many of the people here, the person asked for me by name.  I never give out my house number (not to mention I just got the number a couple months ago) so I was a bit shock and told the person I wasn't home so that I could gather more research on them to see if I should return the call since I have been researching for car insurances.  I did, however, not use my house phone for point of contact.  When I told the woman that I wasn't home, she asked if there was a "Mr. Lee?"  How will there be a Mr. Lee when I'm not even married?!  When I told her no, she didn't give any farther information and just gave me the number 877-466-3200 (not the number she called from by the way) with a reference number then hung up.  Scam much?

Called about a car we no longer own. The caller was a "Mary Taylor" from "Dealer Services" - really!? This has got to be a fake name. If they were from the dealer or manufacturer they would know all the specifics, for one.  And an extended warranty on a 6 year old vehical - what are you kidding me?  Don't return their call and hold on to your purse or wallet!

Honestly people i used to work for them. These people job is to get you to purchase a [***] aftermarket protection plan.....Joseph Lopez is Jairo Hernandez , Diana ,Moses ,Scott Chidester who was released from a federal prison and hired at Dealer services while in a federal halfway house its owned by a guy name Mike....the company home base is in Oceans ,New Jersey . Steve ,Bob, and Joe are the ones who run the California office. Their top closer who is relentless is Moses Henandez,his favorite quote is First name Moses just like in the bible.....with a name like Moses...I'm not hard to find here....if u purchase something . they are going to say please hold im going to transfer you up stairs and honestly they just mute you and pass the phone to an 67 yr old lady who's drunk by the time she comes back from lunch at 11......beware of these snakes....i know the whole operation !
