I have no idea who these people are but they suck. I dont have a landline just a mobile and they called my neighbor looking for me. Sounds more like repo man or debt collectors than scammy warranty douches.

I received 6 voicemails in the last month from "Dealer Services" with regard to a vehicle I paid off. Thank you for your posts. I will not be returning the call!

I was offended that they said URGENT that you call.
Toll free number looked suspicious to begin with;
They just to sell extended warranties at high prices.

There's two ways you leave the job.

1. You aren't sticking to the script

2. You walk out

I don't know about this other employee but I went to work that morning, two hours later I walked out and never went back.

The guy pretty much hit the nail on the head, I'm pretty sure he/she was working there the same time I was (left i first week of august). The place is a scam that make's up prices and sells [***] warranties that don't cover anything.

Same spiel as described above: female caller with presumably fake name calls from "Dealer Services" to talk to me (has my name but can't really pronounce it correctly) and says its about my Honda (didnt say which one). She left a ref. # on my VM. Sounds like a scam to me!

Yes, I received a call from them today too.
Woman's name was Christine Bilani, and she also stated she was with Dealer Services, and that I urgently need to call her back!
Plus, she left me a reference number. They want me to buy extended warranty with them. I also got numerous offers in mail.

I have been getting multiple calls from them AT WORK and it is for a car that I no longer have!

Some guy named Dana Zacanino (sp?) called my WORK line and left an "urgent" message for me to call about my Hyundai. Googled the number and found the same info as others. I don't know how they got my work number and my warranty isn't close to being up yet.

I'll be adding my work number to the Do Not Call list.

This number keeps calling us.  We rarely ever answer, but tonight I did just so I could tell them to stop calling.  When I answered, the guy said "I'm calling about your 2010 Ford Fusion."  I then said "What?  We don't have a Ford Fusion.  We have a 2011 Ford Escape and a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer" and he immediately hung up.  Definite scam!

This is the second time they've called me.  It was also about a Honda.  wow. they will do anything to get info.. i dont even own a car!  

Dealer services have called me at least 7 different occasions and again today. I normally get a message left by some foreign fella, but today it was an English speaking man, who spoke very demanding as if it actually was a person from Hyundai. At least the other guy God Blessed Me! How ridiculous !

Have been left messages about 7 different times, they try to act as if they are collectors or someone with authority, saying you must call about your vehicle, in this case it's Hyundai, and you should reference whatever number when you call. Each time it's a different file number. The foreign speaking fella at least god blessed me a few times. My wife called and told them she was a police detective and they hung up on her! So what does that tell you?

Do you work there? Maybe your an owner! That's an odd thing to make issue of!

Just got a call from this number at my work, said they were from Santa Fe Dealer services and asked me to call him back immediately. I'm glad I googled this number, thank goodness they only have my work phone number where I can easily ignore them.

Just got a call at work and it seemed very fishy.  They correctly stated my year, make, and model of my car, however, so I called them back to see.  When asked for my name, I only gave them my first name.  A minute later they came back and told me the car was 'registered' under a Chris Taylor(not my real last name).  I told them to screw and hung up.  It seemed to me like they just tried guessing my last name to try and convince me. Still curious as to how they correctly guessed my make, model, and year of my car though, as well as getting my work contact info.  Strange.

Stay skeptical from anyone asking for personal information, especially if its from this number.
