You are absolutely CORRECT about them.    Read my post under: freespirit411. They DID debit my bank acct. using my debit card. I had to file a dispute with my bank, to get the money BACK.  Now, my bank is doing an investigation, that will take 3-6 months...to clear the amount.

Iyogi, is the worst tech support that I have ever tried to work with.  They try to always sell or upgrade you so to make your system work correctly you have to buy support time or software upgrade.  They ruined a computer I had and stated it was because of something I did when it worked before I called them to fix a different problem. Please do not let them have access to you computer you will regret it

Simply incredible.  Dell Computers recommended this part of their overall consumer plan and it has been over a year of almost daily calls, two to five times each day.  I've had this number blocked, but this foreign-based company persists.    I've asked Dell to put an end to this harassment and I was assured my privacy would not be violated again.  That was six months ago and the calls continue seven days a week.  I'm filing a harassment complaint with state and federal authorities with Dell being included as a sponsoring affiliate.  Lesson learned...don't even think about this company!

Used to use this company last year. Opted out in June 2012. They will not quit calling. I spoke to them a month ago, and told them I was very sick and did NOT need there services! Thank You!!

Chris there are 2 separate issues that you fail to distinguish between.

1.)  The quality of tech service that IYOGI offers

I had no issue here.  I had a one time issue I couldn't fix. I never wanted an extended service.

2.)  Telemarketing phone calls

They keep calling me for a service I never wanted in the first place.  I can usually fix issues on my own.  My computer is still pretty new.  It's just not worth it for me.   But I get about 4-5 calls a day, about 5 days a week and ha e been for the past half year.  I have told them repeatedly to stop and they do not. It is outright malicious harassment and no quality of service provided  for item #1 can justify how bad they are on #2.  People have a right to choose if they want continued service or not, IYOGI does not honor this in anyway.

my caller ID says "unknown name" when they call yet they claim to be a computer support center that I have never used. To me it sounds like a phishing scam and they need to be reported to the FCC. 877-466-7164 Iyogi is not listed as any ligitimate business anywhere.

Keep harassing me. Did not want to renew with them. They have built their garbage into my computer, which shows every time I sign up. They harass over the phone waning you to renew with them. They even tried to access my account after, I wanted nothing to do with them - fortunately my bank did block them, as requested. BAD NEWS TO EVER GET INVOLVED WITH  IYOGI!

I have NOT renewed this service as it SUCKS; getting at least 3 phone calls a day, early morning and late at night.  How do I stop them from calling?

Used the service in the past.  Don't want to anymore.  They keep calling me.  

Also getting calls ---- every month.  When purchased PC about 2 yrs ago I had trouble getting Norton installed --- and Norton passed me along to them?!  They did get Norton running but that was the only time I used them.  I rushed in because I felt I needed the anti-virus up and running fast.  Should have waited.

The owner of this phone number, 877 466, 7164, I have no idea what this company does, but this phone calls are getting more frequent and more annoying. How do you stop these people from phoning.

I used iyogi and they crashed my computer where I lost everything.  I no use for them and told them so and they keep calling.  I have advised that they do not call again with no avail.  Now it is three or four times dailey.  I have had enough.

I AM ALSO GETTING CONSTANT CALLS FROM IYOGI.  I DO NOT ANSWER THEM OR A MULTITUDE OF OTHER
SIMILAR CALLS.  I HAVE A MESSAGE ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE THAT SAYS "DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER
OF SCAM CALLS I HAVE RECEIVED RECENTLY, I WILL NOT ANSWER UNLESS IT IS A RECOGNIZABLE NUMBER. IF YOU WISH, PLEASE LEAVE A SHORT MESSAGE AT THE SOUND OF THT TONE. THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY.

IF IT IS A "GOOD" CALL, THEY WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE.

i have received calls from them and told them do not call me again buttt about once a month they call you would think when someone doesn't answer the phone they would figure out they aren't interested

These are the most annoying people.  they call 2 to three times a day!  I have reported them for being annoying!  They have called me for mnths and months and months and months!  Give up would ya!

i keep getting iyogi calling i got so annoyed as we just didnt bother answering the calls on the weekend i did, considering we were getting 7am calls. The guy didnt care, i told him to take me off there register i did have there service for 12 months and is nothing but a waste of time they have no idea what there doing but causing more dramas. i need to know im on the do not call register does this apply for overseas. almost attempted to change numbers.
