Received call from Dannielle Shepard stating she's with the corporate office. Asked the name of her company and she said Merchant Services and our account was flagged due to Routine audit shows we were overcharged cc fees. She wanted us to send her acurrent statement to process credits that were over charged and stated that our processor has been trying to contact us and stated our statements have been coming with warnings at the top of the page near the name of the processing company. Told her if there was an overcharge then mail a check, not showing her any statements. We asked if she could mail something to us to verify this information and put me on hold. Then I hung up!

Same as Abagails Florist.  Received call from Alisha extension 2.  Name of company was merchant services, account flagged, etc.   Ask if she had an account # for my account.  Said she did not, but was not trying to sell me anything.  Just that she saw we were being over billed.  She mentioned a few things that just didn't set right with me.  1-she did not know my account #.   2-did not know who my merchant process was.  3-just kept referring to the card machine account on my counter.  4- claimed she wasn't selling anything.  5-made me feel bad because I don't read the "important notices" that come with my paper statement.  6-wanted me to log online to open my stmt to ready my notice while she waited.  suspected her next question to be to read her my rates.  yadda yadda ... I'd like to send her a bill to sucking up my time.

DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR STATEMENTS!!! This is a spam call where they trick you into thinking you will be getting a PCI Compliance refund. Do not fall for it!

called me said i was overbilled for aug and sept asked for how much i was charged and if i could look up , i said really whats your name? mrs branch, i said okay your phone number 469-862-7362 or direct 1-877-554-5759 ext2 then i said well if your from merchant services you already know how much i paid because you found my phone number, go scam someone else and she hung up very abruptly-go figure 469-779-8228 was what was oin caller id wow then never give up.

Merchant services contacted me back in July in regards to an  over bill on my account.  I can honestly say merchant services help me to see how the company i was with overbilled my merchant account.  I was able to have my rates reduced and also received a free terminal because the company I was with stuck me in a $50 lease for 4 years on top of overbilling me almost $200 per month. I now know how to  look for any discrepancies in my account

Same experice as the above companies. Amanda ext 2 called me.  I was uncomfortable with giving my info to a person on the phone.  If i was getting overcharged i believe they would just send me a check for this if they knew about it.  Fishy!!

Just received a call this morning from 469-779-8228 saying we were overcharged for our Merchant Services credit card processing, when I told her I used PayPal or Square for all my credit card processing she hung up on me.

Left me a voice mail -- extremely heavy Southern USA ghetto sounding accent asking me to call 877.554.5759 ext 2. Never said what her name was nor what company she was calling from.

Susan Jones from "merchant services" said we were overcharged. She tried to get me to send a merchant statement. Red flags were flying everywhere. I finally got off the phone by telling her I had work to do and could not send a statement right away. I called my real merchant services and they are not open because today is President's Day. I don't know what they're up to.

Received a call same as what everyone else says I called my credit card company (they never make out going calls) glad she told me that other than the one who set up my account will not call me. Please don't give out your info. I'm sure they would try and ad charges to my account or something along those lines.

Chrissy ext 2 called our dispatcher talking about the "Merchant Account" and wanted to speak to someone in billing with no other information. After running a search on the number, because I was not aware of a "Merchant Services" customer or vendor, I see I won't be calling her back and possibly blocking the number.

Same experience. Nicole "from Merchant Services" noticed "our processing was over the 2% limit." Didn't even wait for her to try and ask for a statement. Told her I had to call her back and asked for a number. Got this one plus the ever-popular "Extension 2." Avoid

Same experience today. I felt as though something was off, so I did not give her any information. Took her name (Nicole) and number 1-877-554-5759. I immediately googled the number to find this page. Thanks for sharing!

Same as above.  But when I said I didn't have an account with merchant services they hung up.  Called my company and they said the same thing.  she has called me 6 times at my business and cell.  shame there are people out there like this.  be careful what you tell people.  ask them questions
